Claims (20)
1. Antimikrobiel ionomer-sammensætning, der omfatter en amin-funktionel kationisk polymerforbindelse og sølvhalogen og hvor den amin-funktionelle polymer omfatter poly(ethylenimin) med en molekylevægt (Mw) mellem 200 og 3000000.
2. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en stabiliserende komponent.
3. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor - sølvhalogenet er i molekyleform eller - sølvhalogenet er sølvchlorid.
4. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, omfattende mindst en stabilisator valgt fra grupperne af organiske eller uorganiske substanser, fortrinsvis en forbindelse omfattende ammoniumkationer, eller sakkarin, eller organiske substanser, der bærer sulfonamid-funktionel gruppe(r), hvor i særdeleshed den mindst ene stabilisator er valgt fra gruppen omfattende sakkarin, cyclaminsyre, sulfadiazin, acesulfam og deres alkalimetal- eller ammoniumsalte eller -kompleksderivater, ammoniumchlorid og alkalimetalchlorider, og eventuelt omfattende en solventmatrix, fortrinsvis dannet af alkoholer, såsom methyl-, ethyl-, propyl- eller butylalkohol eller vand og kombinationer deraf.
5. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor poly(ethylenimin) har en molekylevægt (Mw) på omkring 750 til 2000000.
6. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, opnåelig ved at reagere sammen: (i) 70 til 99,99 vægtdele af poly(ethylenimin) og 0,01 til 30 vægtdele af mindst et sølvhalogen eller; (ii) 50 til 99,99 vægtdele af poly(ethylenimin), 0,01 til 50 vægtdele af mindst et ikke-halogen sølvsalt eller kompleksforbindelse, og hydrogenhalogen, eller et alkalimetal- eller ammoniumhalogensalt.
7. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge krav 6, hvor (i) poly(ethyleniminen) og sølvhalogenet; eller (ii) poly(ethyleniminen) og det mindst ene ikke-halogen sølvsalt eller kompleksforbindelse og hydrogenhalogen, eller alkalimetal- eller ammoniumhalogensalt, er yderligere reageret sammen med mindst en stabilisator.
8. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge krav 6, hvor modanionen eller -liganden af det mindst ene ikke-halogen sølvsalt eller kompleksforbindelse omfatter en organisk stabilisator.
9. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor sølvhalogenet omfatter sølvchlorid, hydrogenhalogenet omfatter hydrogenchlorid og alkalimetal-halogensaltet omfatter natriumchlorid eller kaliumchlorid.
10. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor reaktionen udføres i en solventmatrix, hvor i særdeleshed solventmatrixen omfatter alkoholer, såsom methyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, butylalkohol eller vand og kombinationer deraf.
11. Den antimikrobielle ionomer-sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor sølvindholdet af sammensætningen er 0,01 til 50 vægtprocent, i særdeleshed 1 til 30 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 1,5 til 25 vægtprocent af den totale vægt af sammensætningen.
12. Den antimikrobielle sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor vægtforholdet mellem sølvforbindelsen og aminforbindelsen er 1:100 til 100:1, i særdeleshed 1-10:50-100.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen antimikrobiel polymersammensætning ifølge krav 1, omfattende at reagere sammen (i) poly(ethylenimin) med en molekylevægt (Mw) mellem 200 og 3000000 og sølvhalogen; eller (ii) poly(ethylenimin) med en molekylevægt (Mw) mellem 200 og 3000000 og mindst et ikke-halogen sølvsalt eller kompleksforbindelse og hydrogenhalogen og/eller alkalimetal-halogensalt; og, (iii) eventuelt, mindst en stabilisator.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, omfattende at reagere sammen (i) 70 til 99,99 vægtdele af poly(ethylenimin) og 0,01 til 30 vægtdele af mindst et sølvhalogen eller; (ii) 70 til 99,99 vægtdele af poly(ethylenimin), 0,01 til 30 vægtdele af mindst et ikke-halogen sølvsalt eller kompleksforbindelse, og hydrogenhalogen, eller et alkalimetal- eller ammoniumhalogensalt.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13 eller 14, omfattende at reagere sammen i en solventmatrix (i) poly(ethylenimin); (ii) et sølvhalogen; og, (iii) eventuelt, mindst en stabilisator.
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13 eller 14, omfattende at reagere sammen i en I solventmatrix (i) et ikke-halogen sølvsalt eller sølvkompleks; (ii) hydrogenhalogen eller et alkalimetal-halogensalt eller en kombination deraf; og, (iii) eventuelt, mindst en stabilisator, i
17. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13 til 14 udført i en solventmatrix fortrinsvis omfattende alkoholer, såsom methylalkohol, ethylalkohol eller vand og kombinationer deraf.
18. Anvendelsen afen ionomer-sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12 eller en sammensætning fremstillet ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13 til 17 til belægning af værtsoverflader.
19. Anvendelsen ifølge krav 18, omfattende belægning af værtsoverflader valgt i fra gruppen af fiber, stof- og råmateriale-overflader, inkluderende syntetiske, semisyntetiske og naturlige fibre, vævede stoffer, ikke-vævede stoffer, strikkede stoffer, papir, forskellige polymeroverflader, metaloverflader, såsom ståloverflader, forskellige belægningsoverflader, træoverflader og fiber, stof- og råmateriale-overflader, i særdeleshed omfattende belægning af et materiale valgt I fra celluloseagtige produkter (f.eks. cellulose og viskose), proteiner, polyestere, polyamider, chlorin-indeholdende polymerer, silikat, siliciumdioxid, jern, pigmenter, papir, træ, bomuld, planter, hud og hår.
20. Anvendelsen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 18 til 19, omfattende anvendelse af sammensætningen som et antimikrobielt middel, som et lugtfjernende middel eller som et additiv til antimikrobielle eller lugtfjernende midler, hvor i særdeleshed sammensætningen anvendes i sammensætninger og produkter til overfladedesinficering, hånddesinficering, som en sko- eller tøjdeodorant, eller som et vådserviet flydende produkt eller sammensætning.
