請求項1に記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。 - 前記安定剤物質が、サッカリン;シクラミン酸;スルファジアジン;アセスルファームおよびそれらのアルカリ金属またはアンモニウム塩;および塩化アンモニウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、請求項1または2に記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。
- ポリエチレンイミンの分子量(Mw)が約750乃至2,000,000である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。
- (i)ポリエチレンイミンの70乃至99.99重量部と少なくとも一種のハロゲン化銀の0.01乃至30重量部とを少なくとも反応させることによって得られる、又は
(ii)ポリエチレンイミンの50乃至99.99重量部、少なくとも一種の非ハロゲン化物銀塩の0.01乃至50重量部、および、ハロゲン化水素またはアルカリ金属の若しくはアンモニウムのハロゲン化物塩を少なくとも反応させることによって得られる、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。 - 前記反応が、安定剤物質の存在下で行われる、請求項5に記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。
- ハロゲン化銀には、塩化銀が含まれ、ハロゲン化水素には、塩化水素が含まれ、およびアルカリ金属のハロゲン化物塩には、塩化ナトリウムまたは塩化カリウムが含まれる、請求項5に記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。
- 前記反応は溶剤マトリクスにおいて行われ、
前記溶剤マトリクスには、アルコール、水およびそれらの組合せが含まれる、
請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。 - 組成物の銀含量は、組成物の合計重量の約0.01乃至50%である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。
- 銀化合物対アミン化合物の重量比は、約1:100乃至100:1である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物。
- (i)200および3,000,000の間の分子量(Mw)を有するポリエチレンイミン、ハロゲン化銀および少なくとも一種の安定剤物質を共に反応させる工程、又は
(ii)200および3,000,000の間の分子量(Mw)を有するポリエチレンイミン、少なくとも一種の非ハロゲン化物銀塩、ハロゲン化水素および/またはアルカリ金属のハロゲン化物塩、および少なくとも一種の安定剤物質を共に反応させる工程、
を含み、
前記安定剤物質が、アンモニウムカチオン、サッカリン、スルホンアミド官能基を有する有機物質および無機物質からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、ポリマー抗微生物性アイオノマー組成物を生産する方法。 - (i)ポリエチレンイミンの70乃至99.99重量部と少なくとも一種のハロゲン化銀の0.01乃至30重量部とを少なくとも反応させる工程、又は
(ii)ポリエチレンイミンの70乃至99.99重量部、少なくとも一種の非ハロゲン化物銀塩の0.01乃至30重量部、およびハロゲン化水素またはアルカリ金属の若しくはアンモニウムのハロゲン化物塩を少なくとも反応させる工程、
が含まれる、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 溶剤マトリクスにおいて
(i)ポリエチレンイミン、
(ii)ハロゲン化銀、および
(iii)少なくとも一種の安定剤物質
を共に反応させることが含まれる、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 溶剤マトリクスにおいて
(i)非ハロゲン化物銀塩または銀錯体、
(ii)ハロゲン化水素、アルカリ金属のハロゲン化物塩またはそれらの組合せ、および
(iii)少なくとも一種の安定剤物質
を共に反応させることが含まれる、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 前記反応させる工程が、溶剤マトリクスにおいて行われ、前記溶剤マトリクスが、アルコール、水またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のアイオノマー組成物または請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の方法によって生産される組成物の、ホスト表面のコーティングのための使用。
- 繊維、布およびバルク材料表面の群で、合成、半合成および天然の繊維、織物、不織布、編物、ペーパー、種々のポリマー表面、金属表面であってスチール表面のようなもの、種々のコーティング表面、木材表面および繊維、布およびバルク材料表面が含まれるものから選ばれるホスト表面をコーティングすることが含まれる、
請求項16に記載の使用。 - 前記組成物を抗微生物剤として、脱臭剤として、または抗微生物性薬剤または脱臭剤用の添加剤として用いることが含まれる、請求項16または17に記載の使用。
