Claims (9)

1. Kombination af mindst en type af et CIP2A silencing-middel valgt fra gruppen bestående af et siRNA-molekyle, DsiRNA-molekyle, kunstig miRNA-prækursor, shRNA-molekyle, antisense oligonukleotid, og ribozym; og mindst en type afen forbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af PKC-412, PARP-inhibitor III, indol-3-carbinol, cisplatin, rapamycin, TGX-221, NU-7441, S31-201, og gemcitabin, til anvendelse som et medikament i behandlingen afen hyperproliferativ lidelse omfattende celler med svækket p53-funktion.
2. Kombinationen til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor CIP2A silencing-midlet omfatter en nukleinsyresekvens valgt fra gruppen bestående af SEQ ID NO:s 1 til 25, og sekvenser, der har mindst 80 % sekvensidentitet med nævnte SEQ ID NO:s 1 til 25 og der bibeholder deres CIP2A silencing-aktivitet.
3. Kombinationen til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor den hyperproliferative sygdom er valgt fra en gruppe bestående af psoriasis, myokardial hypertrofi, godartede tumorer, faste cancere og hæmatologiske cancere.
4. Kombinationen til anvendelse ifølge krav 3, hvor nævnte faste cancer er valgt fra en gruppe bestående af pladeepithelcarcinomer i hovedet og halsen, koloncancer, gastrisk cancer, brystkræft, kræft i æggestokkene, prostatakræft, livmoderhalskræft, kræft i spiserøret, lungekræft, leverkræft, kræft i hjernen, gliom, astrocytom, og glioblastom og hæmatologiske cancere er valgt fra en gruppe bestående af akut og kronisk T-celle og B-celle leukæmi og lymfomer.
5. Farmaceutisk sammensætning omfattende en kombination defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 og mindst en farmaceutisk acceptabel bærer.
6. CIP2A silencing-middel valgt fra gruppen bestående af et siRNA-molekyle, DsiRNA-molekyle, kunstig miRNA-prækursor, shRNA-molekyle, antisense oligonukleotid, og ribozym til anvendelse i sensibilisering af hyperproliferative celler med svækket p53-funktion over for et kemoterapeutisk middel valgt fra gruppen bestående af PKC-412, PARP-inhibitor III, indol-3-carbinol, cisplatin, rapamycin, TGX-221, NU-7441, S31-201, og gemcitabin i et menneske- eller dyreindivid med behov for sådan sensibilisering til behandlingen af en hyperproliferativ sygdom.
7. Fremgangsmåde til at bestemme sensitiviteten over for en cancerterapi hos et individ med behov for sådan terapi, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at evaluere CIP2A og p53-udtryk og/eller proteinaktivitet i en prøve opnået fra nævnte individ, og at bestemme et individ, hvis prøve er negativ for CIP2A-udtryk og/eller -aktivitet og svækket for p53-aktivitet, som sensitiv over for cancermonoterapi med mindst et kemoterapeutisk middel, og at bestemme et individ, hvis prøve er positiv for CIP2A-udtryk og svækket for p53-aktivitet, som sensitiv over for kombinationen ifølge krav 1 som en cancerterapi.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, hvor nævnte individ lider af en sygdom defineret i krav 3 eller 4.
9. Kit til udøvelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7 omfattende reagenser til at evaluere CIP2A- og p53-udtryk og/eller proteinaktivitet.
