Claims (7)

1. Apparat til kontinuerlig temperering af chokolade masse omfattende en søjle (2) af skive-formede elementer omfattende massekamre (4, 37) og mellemliggende vandkamre (5), en central drivakse! (6, 36), der strækker sig gennem kamrene og er I indgreb med blandeeiementer (7, 23, 24, 31, 33) indrettede i mindst ét massekammer (4, 37), kendetegnet ved, at et soltandhjul (14, 35) er indrettet i massekammeret med dets nav (15, 34) i indgreb på akslen (6, 36), at en indvendigt fortandet tandkrans (16, 38) er indrettet så den strækker sig langs indersiden (17, 39) af den perifere væg (11,40) af massekammeret (4, 37), og at biandeelementerne (7, 23, 24, 30) omfatter i det mindste ét mellemliggende planethjul (18, 30), som er i tandindgreb med soltandhjulet (14, 35) og med den indvendigt fortandede tandkrans (16, 38), og hvilket planethjul (18, 30) bærer blandeeiementer (7, 23, 24, 31,33).
