Claims (10)
1. Kompositartikelkomprimeringsanordning (100) til udøvelse af tryk og termisk cykling med henblik på kompositartikel- (201, 202, 203, 204) komprimering, hvilken anordning indbefatter: en behandling s væske (108); et kompositartikelbehandlingsvolumen (101) med: en åbning (401) til at lette påfyldning og tømning; mindst én behandling s væskeåbning til at muliggøre indadgående og udadgående passage af behandlingsvæske, der fremmer cirkulationen; et behandlingsvæsketryksætningssystem (104) med midler til at øge eller reducere behandlingsvæskens tryk; et behandlingsvæskecirkulationssystem (105); et behandlingsvæskeopvarmningssystem (106); et behandlingsvæskeafkølingssystem (107); et processtyringssystem, der indbefatter: midler til styring af behandlingsvæskeopvarmningssystemet og behandling s væ skeafkøling s s y stemet; midler til styring af behandlingsvæsketryksætningssystemet; et kompositartikelfremstillingssystem, der indbefatter: en forseglelig membran (207) til adskillelse af kompositartiklen og behandlingsvæsken; en forseglelig membran (302) til at bevare kompositartiklen i et tryk under atmosfærisk tryk før anvendelse af det eksterne behandlingsvæsketryk; en membran (301) til polstring af kompositartiklen; og en membran (206) til at modstå adhæsion af andre membraner til kompositartiklens udvendige overflade.
2. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge krav 1, hvor behandlingsvæskecirkulationssystemet (105) indbefatter en cirkulationsanordning til cirkulering af behandlingsvæske ved et forhøjet tryk.
3. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge krav 2, hvor behandlingsvæskeopvarmningssystemet (106) indbefatter en opvarmningsanordning til opvarmning af behandlingsvæsken.
4. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge krav 3, hvor behandlingsvæskeafkølingssystemet (107) indbefatter en køleanordning til afkøling af behandling s væ sken.
5. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge krav 4, hvor behandlingsvæsken er siliconeolie.
6. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor kompositartikelbehandlingsvolumenet er cylindrisk med en åbning ved én ende.
7. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge krav 6, hvor behandlingsvæsketryksætningssystemet (104) anvender et hydraulisk-over-hydraulisk eller luft-over-hydraulisk pumpemiddel, hvor pumpemidlet ikke indeholder rotationstætninger.
8. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge krav 7, hvor behandlingsvæskecirkulationssystemet (105) anvender et hydraulisk-over-hydraulisk eller luft-over-hydraulisk pumpemiddel, hvor pumpemidlet ikke indeholder rotationstætninger.
9. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor den forseglelige membran, der isolerer kompositartiklen fra behandlingsvæske, er den forseglelige membran, der bevarer kompositartiklen i et tryk under atmosfærisk før anvendelse af det eksterne behandlingsvæsketryk, og er en varmeforseglelig plastpose.
10. Kompositartikel-komprimeringsanordning (100) ifølge krav 9, hvor den membran, der polstrer kompositartiklen, er den membran, der modvirker uønsket adhæsion til kompositartiklen, og er et siliconefolie- eller polytetrafluorethylenbelagt materiale.
