Claims (15)
1. EGFR-inhibitor til anvendelse i behandlingen af neuropatisk smerte.
2. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor det behandlede individ udviser symptomer på neuropatisk smerte og behandlingen reducerer eller modulerer symptomerne på neuropatisk smerte.
3. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor EGFR-inhibitoren forårsager konformationelle ændringer af et EGFR-polypeptid.
4. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor EGFR-inhibitoren forstyrrer en EGFR-ligand interaktion.
5. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor EGFR-inhibitoren er et antigen-bindende protein der specifikt binder til et EGFR-polypeptid.
6. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvor det antigen-bindende protein er valgt fra gruppen bestående af cetuximab, matuzumab, necitumumab, nimotuzumab, panitumumab, og zalutumumab.
7. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvor det antigen-bindende protein er valgt fra gruppen bestående af Cetuximab eller Panitumumab.
8. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor EGFR-inhibitoren er et lillemolekyle lægemiddel.
9. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 8, hvor lille-molekyle lægemidlet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af afatinib, erlotinib, gefitinib, lapatinib, neratinib og vandetanib.
10. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 8, hvor lille-molekyle lægemidlet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af Gefitinib og Erlotinib.
11. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor det behandlede individ er et dyr .
12. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 11, hvor dyret er et menneske.
13. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor EGFR-inhibitoren co-administreres med mindst yderligere terapeutisk middel.
14. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge krav 13, hvor det mindst yderligere terapeutiske middel er valgt fra gruppen bestående af ikke-steroide anti-inflammatoriske lægemidler, steroide anti-inflammatoriske lægemidler, opioid-baserede lægemidler, anti-depressive midler, antikonvulsanter, antiepileptika, angstdæmpende lægemidler, og cannabinoider og kombinationer deraf.
15. EGFR-inhibitoren til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, hvor det behandlede individ ikke har cancer eller ikke tidligere er blevet behandlet for cancer.
