Claims (15)
1. Brystimplantatsystem, omfattende: en flerhed af kamre, der inkluderer mindst et første fluidkammer (1), der er indrettet til at tillade en forøgelse og en mindskelse af dets volumen, og mindst et andet fluidkammer (2), der er indrettet til at tillade en forøgelse og en mindskelse af dets volumen, hvor nævnte første og andet fluidkamre (1, 2) er indrettet til implantation i det menneskelige legeme med det mindst ene første fluidkammer (1) dannende en del af et brystimplantat (10), hvor nævnte fluidkamre (1, 2) er indbyrdes forbundet, når implanteret, således at fluid kan blive udvekslet mellem det første og andet fluidkammer (1, 2) for således at ændre deres respektive fluidindhold, og en pumpe (5) indrettet til at pumpe fluid mellem det første og andet fluidkammer (1, 2).
2. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende mindst et reservoir (7) forbindeligt til pumpen (5) for således at tillade fluidudveksling i det mindste mellem det første og andet fluidkammer (1, 2) ved pumpning af fluid med nævnte pumpe (5) fra det første fluidkammer (1) til det mindst ene reservoir (7) og fra det mindst ene reservoir (7) til det andet fluidkammer (2), og vice versa.
3. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor pumpen (5) er tilvejebragt uden for det første og andet fluidkammer (1, 2) og er indrettet til at være implanterbar i patientens krop.
4. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor pumpen (5) er indeholdt i et af det første og andet fluidkammer (1, 2).
5. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor pumpen (5) er en rent mekanisk pumpe indrettet til at være implanteret under patientens hud for således at være manuelt betjenbar igennem huden.
6. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor pumpen (5) er en rent hydraulisk eller pneumatisk pumpe indrettet til at være implanteret under patientens hud for således at være manuelt betjenbar igennem huden.
7. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, yderligere omfattende mindst et motor (M) anbragt til automatisk at drive pumpen (5).
8. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge krav 7, omfattende en manuelt betjenbar kontakt til aktivering af motoren (M), hvor kontakten er anbragt til subkutan implantation for således at være betjenbar fra uden for patientens krop.
9. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 8, hvor motoren (M) er anbragt til at være drevet af elektrisk eller elektromagnetisk energi eller af et elektrisk eller magnetisk pulsationsfelt eller ved ultralydsenergi.
10. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, yderligere omfattende en energikilde til at forsyne energi direkte eller indirekte til mindst en energiforbrugende del af systemet, såsom til en motor (M) til at drive pumpen (5).
11. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge krav 10, hvor nævnte energikilde inkluderer et energilagringsorgan (E), fortrinsvis et batteri eller en akkumulator, såsom et genopladeligt batteri eller en kondensator.
12. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge krav 11, hvor energilagringsorganet (E) er indrettet til at blive implanteret inden i patientens krop.
13. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 12, hvor energikilden omfatter en trådløs energitransmitter indrettet til trådløst at sende energi fra uden for patientens krop til energilagringsorganet (E) eller til den mindst ene energiforbrugende del.
14. Brystimplantatsystemet ifølge krav 13, omfattende et feedback-undersystem indrettet til trådløst at sende feedback-information, som relaterer til energien, der skal lagres i energilagringsorganet (E) fra inden i patientens krop til det udvendige deraf, hvor systemet er indrettet til at anvende feedback-informationen til at justere mængden af trådløs energi sendt af energitransmitteren.
