Claims (7)

1. Apparat til kunstigt åndedræt anvendeligt til genoplivning af en person med hjertestop, hvis brystkasse udsættes for skiftevis kompression og dekompression med henblik på at genetablere udåndings- og indåndingsbevægelserne, hvilket apparat omfatter: - et rørformet element (5, 25), som danner en hovedkanal (7, 27), og som er indrettet til at blive forbundet via sin distale ende (5D, 25D) med den pågældende persons (3) luftveje, medens det rørformede elements proximale ende (5P, 25P) befinder sig uden for den pågældende person, og hvor personens åndedrætssystem er forbundet med personens udvendige side via hovedkanalen (7, 27), - periferiske hjælpekanaler (9,29), som udmunder i hovedkanalen, idet hjælpekanalerne forsynes kontinuerligt med en åndedrætsgas, og - afbøjningsmidler (8, 28), til at lade strålerne af åndedrætsgas (J), som udsendes kontinuerligt via de nævnte hjælpekanaler (9, 29), konvergere imod hinanden i hovedkanalen på en sådan måde, at der ved den distale ende af hjælpekanalerne (9, 29) etableres en aflang trykzone (Z), som strækker sig i den distale retning langs hovedkanalens langsgående akse (L-L), kendetegnet ved, - at det omfatter i det mindste en lokal indsnævring med fast tværsnit (R2, R3), og som udviser en konstant form og indretning på en sådan måde, at der dannes en fast lokal modstand imod gasstrømmen (50, 51) igennem hovedkanalen (7, 27) uafhængigt af dens retning, og - at den lokale indsnævring, som har form af en indvendig fremspringende ring, er placeret i afstand i langsgående retning og uden for den nævnte aflange trykzone (Z), og at den lokale indsnævring (R2, R3) er anbragt ovenfor, dvs. ved den proximale side af den aflange trykzone (Z).
2. Apparat til kunstigt åndedræt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den lokale indsnævring (R2) danner en indsnævring af det rørformede elements (25) indvendige tværsnit og udgør en integreret del af apparatet (D2).
3. Apparat til kunstigt åndedræt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det har et aftageligt rørformet legeme (40), hvori den lokale indsnævring (R3), som danner en indsnævring af det rørformede legemes indvendige tværsnit, er placeret.
4. Apparat til kunstigt åndedræt ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det har midler (42) til indånding af luft fra omgivelserne, og som medbringes af den gas, som cirkulerer i hovedkanalen (7, 27).
5. Apparat til kunstigt åndedræt ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den indvendigt udragende ring, som danner den lokale indsnævring (R2, R3), bærer hindringer (43), som forhindrer tilfældig indføring af en genstand, som er i stand til at aflukke det rørformede element eller legeme hermetisk.
6. Apparat til kunstigt åndedræt ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at hindringerne (43) er konvergerende finner.
7. Strubemaske, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et apparat (D2) til kunstigt åndedræt ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav.
