Claims (13)
1. Sammensætning, der omfatter: (a) mindst ét ikke-reducerende sukker, (b) inositol eller et derivat deraf, hvor derivatet er en inositol, hvori mindst én hydroxylfunktion er blevet modificeret eller substitueret, hvor vægt/vægt-forholdet (a)/ (b) i sammensætningen er fra 1,1 til 1,7, og (c) mikroorganismer.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor mikroorganismerne er bakterier.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor mikroorganismerne er mælkesyrebakterier.
4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor vægt/vægt- forholdet (a)/ (b) er fra 1,3 til 1,7.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor (a) er en blanding af ikke-reducerende sukre.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor det eller de ikke-reducerende sukre er valgt fra gruppen, der omfatter trehalose, 2,3,2',3'-tetra-0-benzyl-6,6'-di-O-decanoyl-4,4'-bis-0(diphenylphosphono)-alfa,alfa-trehalose, 6. 6'-di-0-decanoyl-4,4'-di-O-phosphono-alfa,alfa-trehalose, 2,3,2',3'-tetra-0-benzyl-4,4'-bis-O-(diphenylphosphono)-alfa,alfa-trehalose-6, 6' , fedtsyreester, saccharose, saccharose-6-benzoat, saccharose-6-acetat, saccharose-6- glutarat og saccharose-6-laurat.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor (a) er trehalose, og (b) er inositol.
8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 3, hvor mælkesyrebakterierne er valgt fra gruppen, der omfatter stammer fra slægten Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, Bifidobacterium, Carnobacterium, Enterococcus, Propionibacterium, Pediococcus, Streptococcus og blandinger deraf.
9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 8, hvor mælkesyrebakterierne er valgt fra gruppen, der omfatter stammer fra arten og underarten Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus delbruckii bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactococcus lactis, Lactobacillus pentoceus, Lactobacillus buchneri, Lactobacillus brevis, Pediococcus pentosaceus, Pediococcus acidilactici, Pediococcus pervulus, Propionibacterium freudenreichi, Propionibacterium jenseni, Streptococcus salivarius og blandinger deraf.
10. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1, 2, 3, 8 og 9, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mikroorganismer ved en koncentration på mellem lxlO8 CFU/g sammensætning og 5xl012 CFU/g sammensætning.
11. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1, 2, 3 og 8-10, hvor sammensætningen omfatter: (a) mindst 4 vægt-% af det ikke-reducerende sukker og (b) mindst 3 vægt-% af inositol eller et derivat deraf.
12. Anvendelse af en sammensætning, der omfatter: (a) mindst ét ikke-reducerende sukker, (b) inositol eller et derivat deraf, hvor derivatet er en inositol, hvori mindst én hydroxylfunktion er blevet modificeret eller substitueret, hvor vægt/vægt-forholdet (a)/ (b) i sammensætningen er fra 1,1 til 1,7, til konservering af mikroorganismer.
