Claims (6)

1. Fremgangsmåde til certificering af levering af e-mail fra en afsendende bruger (1) til en modtager (2), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter udførelse i et certificeringssystem til levering af e-mail, der er implementeret af en telekommunikationsoperatør, hvor den afsendende bruger (1) er en kunde i certificeringssystemet til levering af e-mail, hvilket certificeringssystem til levering af e-mail omfatter mindst en databehandlingsenhed (11), der kan fungere mindst som en indgående mailserver (11) og en udgående mailserver (14), der er forbundet med hinanden, af følgende trin: - afsendelse af en e-mail fra den afsendende bruger (1) til mindst én elektronisk destinationsadresse for modtageren (2) via en første vej (3) ved angivelse af en første mailserver (5) og en destinationsmailserver (6), - afsendelse, fra den afsendende bruger (1), af en kopi af e-mailen sendt i det foregående trin til certificeringssystemet til levering af e-mail via en anden vej (10), - modtagelse af kopien af e-mailen på certificeringssystemets indgående mailserver (11), - indsætning af en særlig indikation i kopien af e-mailen ved hjælp af behandlingsenheden (11), hvor den særlige indikation omfatter ordene BEKRÆFTET FAKTURA, - afsendelse via den udgående mailserver (14) af en anden e-mail, der omfatter kopien af e-mailen med den særlige angivelse, - levering til destinationsmailserveren (6) af den anden e-mail, der omfatter kopien af e-mailen med den særlige angivelse, - levering til modtageren (2) af: - e-mailen via den første vej (3), - kopien af e-mailen via den anden vej (10), hvor kopien af e-mailen omfatter den særlige indikation, - modtagelse i den indgående mailserver (11) af data vedrørende levering af den anden e-mail fra den udgående mailserver (14), - generering i behandlingsenheden (11) af et elektronisk dokument, der omfatter data relateret til de foregående trin, - påsætning af en digital signatur på det elektroniske dokument fra det forrige trin for oprettelse af et elektronisk certifikat (4), - afsendelse fra den udgående mailserver (14) af det elektroniske dokument til en tredjepart for påsætning afen anden digital signatur, og - aflevering af det elektroniske certifikat (4) til den afsendende bruger (1) fra behandlingsenheden (11).
2. Fremgangsmåde til certificering af levering af e-mail ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere omfatter trinnet med lagring, i en database (12), af kopien af e-mailen.
3. Fremgangsmåde til certificering af levering af e-mail ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at, før lagring heraf i databasen (12), behandlingsenheden (11) udfører en opdeling af kopien af den første e-mail i mindst: oprindelse, destination, vedhæftede filer.
4. Fremgangsmåde til certificering af levering af e-mail ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at, behandlingsenheden (11) endvidere nummererer samtlige elementer, hvori kopien af den første e-mail er opdelt, og tildeler dem til den afsendende bruger (1).
5. Fremgangsmåde til certificering af levering af e-mail ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at behandlingsenheden (11) trækker et beløb fra den afsendende brugers (1) konto.
6. Fremgangsmåde til certificering af levering af e-mail ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter det første trin med autentificering af den afsendende bruger (1) i certificeringssystemet.
