Claims (27)
1. Medicinsk mikroelektrode til implantation i blødt væv hos en person eller et dyr, og som er resistent overfor forskydning i vævet som følge af inerti, hvor elektroden har en forende, en bagende og en massefylde ved 20° C på fra 0,80 g/cm3 til 1,15 g/cm3, især fra 0,90 g/cm3 til 1,07 g/cm3, i særdeleshed fra 0,95 g/cm3 til 1,03 g/cm3, omfattende en elektrisk ledende rørformet leder indeholdende eller bestående af et metal og/eller en elektrisk ledende polymer, kendetegnet ved, at lederen har en ydre overflade og et forseglet hulrum; hvor en del af den ydre overflade er elektrisk isoleret.
2. Elektrode ifølge krav 1, hvori massefylden er 0,99 ± 0,02 g/cm3.
3. Elektrode ifølge krav 1, hvori hulrummet er tomt.
4. Elektrode ifølge krav 1, hvori hulrummet indeholder én eller flere sektioner fyldt med fyldstof og eventuelt én eller flere tomme sektioner.
5. Elektrode ifølge krav 4, hvori massefylden af fyldstoffet er 0,8 g/cm3 eller mindre, især 0,6 g/cm3 eller mindre.
6. Elektrode ifølge krav 4, hvori fyldstoffet indeholder et porøst materiale.
7. Elektrode ifølge krav 4, hvori fyldstoffet indeholder en polymer.
8. Elektrode ifølge krav 7, hvori polymeren er bøjelig, især elastisk bøjelig.
9. Elektrode ifølge krav 7, hvori polymeren indeholder lukkede porer.
10. Elektrode ifølge krav 9, hvori massefylden af polymeren ved 20° C er mindre end 0,8 g/cm3, fortrinsvis mindre end 0,6 g/cm3.
11. Elektrode ifølge krav 1 helt eller delvis indlejret i en matrix, der kan opløses eller nedbrydes i en legemsvæske.
12. Elektrode ifølge krav 1 omfattende et elektronisk forstærkerorgan og/eller et mikroprocessororgan, med det forbehold, at kombinationen af elektrode og elektronisk forstærker-/mikroprocessororgan har en massefylde ved 20° C på fra 0,80 g/cm3 til 1,15 g/cm3, især fra 0,90 g/cm3 til 1,07 g/cm3, i særdeleshed fra 0,95 g/cm3 til 1,03 g/cm3.
13. Elektrode ifølge krav 12, hvori massefylden af kombinationen af elektrode og elektronisk forstærker-/mikroprocessororgan er 0,99 ± 0,02 g/cm3.
14. Elektrode ifølge krav 12, hvori det elektroniske forstærker-/mikroprocessororgan er anbragt ved eller nær bagenden.
15. Elektrode ifølge krav 1 fastgjort ved eller nær sin bagende til en ultratynd isoleret tråd til elektrisk kommunikation med et elektronisk forstærker-/mikroprocessororgan anbragt i en afstand derfra.
16. Elektrode ifølge krav 15, hvori den ultratynde isolerede tråd er integreret med elektrodetråden.
17. Elektrode ifølge krav 12, hvori det elektroniske forstærker-/mikroprocessororgan kan anbringes i blødt væv i personen eller dyret.
18. Elektrode ifølge krav 12, hvori det elektroniske forstærker-/mikroprocessororgan omfatter en kilde med elektrisk energi.
19. Elektrode ifølge krav 12, hvori det elektroniske forstærker-/mikroprocessororgan omfatter et organ til udsendelse og/eller modtagelse af stråling til/fra en kontrolenhed anbragt eksternt i forhold til patienten eller dyret.
20. Elektrode ifølge krav 1 omfattende forankringsorganer anbragt ved eller nær dens forende.
21. Elektrodebundt indeholdende to eller flere elektroder ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-20.
22. Elektrodebundt ifølge krav 21 delvis eller helt indesluttet i et materiale, der kan opløses eller nedbrydes i en legemsvæske.
23. Elektrodegruppe indeholdende to eller flere elektroder ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -20.
24. Elektrodegruppe indeholdende to eller flere elektrodebundter ifølge krav 21 eller 22.
25. Elektrodegruppe ifølge krav 23 delvis eller helt indesluttet i et materiale, der kan opløses eller nedbrydes i en legemsvæske.
26. Elektrodegruppe ifølge krav 25 delvis eller helt indesluttet i et materiale, der kan opløses eller nedbrydes i en legemsvæske.
27. Elektrode ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -20, elektrodebundt ifølge ethvert af kravene 21-22 eller elektrodegruppe ifølge ethvert af kravene 23-26 indeholdende et forseglet porøst materiale.
