Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af spiseis af ingredienser, idet ingredienserne blandes til et præmix (1), og præmixet (1) for-fryses, idet der ved for-frysningen tilsættes et kryogent medie til præmixet (1), og præmixet (1) afkøles til en temperatur under 0 °C, kendetegnet ved, at der til præmixet (1) under for-frysningen tilsættes tilsætninger i stykform (10), som før tilsætningen til præmixet (1) er blevet afkølet til en temperatur mellem -2 °C og -7 °C.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at tilsætningerne i stykform (10) tilsættes til præmixet (1) på et tidspunkt, hvor viskositeten i præmixet (1) er så høj, at tilsætningerne i præmixet (1) hverken synker ned eller stiger op.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at præmixet (1) har en viskositet mellem 300 og 2.000 mPas, når de stykformede tilsætninger (10) tilsættes.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at der til præmixet (1) tilsættes flydende nitrogen som kryogent medie til for-frysningen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at der til præmixet (1) tilsættes frugtstykker (10).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at der til præmixet (1) tilsættes stykker af levnedsmidler (10).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at der til præmixet (1) tilsættes tilsætninger, som ikke er egnet til fortæring (10).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at de stykformede tilsætninger (10) er større end 5 mm, fortrinsvis har en størrelse mellem 5 mm og 50 mm, særligt foretrukket mellem 10 mm og 25 mm.
