Claims (6)
1. Minimalt invasivt elektroporation-apparat, omfattende: En spændingsgenerator og et arrangement med et antal elektroder i elektrisk forbindelse med spændingsgeneratoren, hvorved elektroporation-apparatet er i stand til, til et individ, at levere et elektrisk potentiale til lag i overhuden mellem stratum corneum og basale lag, og som resulterer i elektroporation af celler i overhudens lag mellem stratum corneum og basale lag; hver blandt antallet af elektroder har en afstand til hver tilgrænsende elektrode, og som er mellem cirka 0,5 mm og cirka 2,5 mm; spændingsgeneratoren via elektroderne leverer et elektrisk potentiale i intervallet mellem cirka 0,01 volt og cirka 70 volt til overhudens lag mellem stratum corneum og basale lag; og elektroderne omfatter en spids på den distale ende, og som er stump med en skarp spids, der gør det muligt for elektroden at gennemtrænge overhudens lag mellem stratum corneum og basale lag samtidig med at hindre indtrængningsdybden i at overskride 0,1 mm, hvilke elektroder er indrettet til at levere det elektriske potentiale fra spændingsgeneratoren til overhudens lag mellem stratum corneum og basale lag.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved elektroderne er indrettet til at gennemtrænge overhudens lag mellem stratum corneum og basale lag i dybder mellem cirka 0,01 mm og cirka 0,04 mm.
3. Apparat ifølge enten krav 1 eller krav 2, hvorved elektroderne har en afstand til hver tilgrænsende elektrode, og som er cirka 1,5 mm.
4. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvorved spændingsgeneratoren leverer et elektrisk potentiale, som er mellem cirka 1 volt og cirka 15 volt, til overhuden.
5. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvorved spændingsgeneratoren til overhuden leverer et elektrisk potentiale ved en strøm i intervallet mellem cirka 1 mA og cirka 50 mA.
6. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvorved spændingsgeneratoren til overhuden leverer et elektrisk potentiale med en varighed i intervallet mellem cirka 5 msek og cirka 250 msek.
