Claims (14)

1. Sammensætning, der er anvendelig som et farmaceutisk excipiens, som omfatter en fysisk blanding af partikler af mindst ét vandfrit calciumphosphat og partikler af mikrokrystallinsk cellulose, hvor partiklerne af mindst ét vandfrit calciumphosphat har en median partikelstørrelse målt ved hjælp af laserdiffraktion på ikke mere end 20 pm, og hvor den mikrokrystallinske cellulose og det mindst ene vandfri calciumphosphat er til stede i et vægtforhold på fra 85:15 til 55:45 mikrokrystallinsk cellulose:vandfrit calciumphosphat.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor partiklerne af mindst ét vandfrit calciumphosphat har en median partikelstørrelse på ikke mere end 15 pm.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor partiklerne af mindst ét vandfrit calciumphosphat har en median partikelstørrelse på ikke mere end 10 pm.
4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene vandfri calciumphosphat indbefatter dibasisk calciumphosphat.
5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor mikrokrystallinsk cellulose og det mindst ene vandfri calciumphosphat er til stede i et vægtforhold på fra 80:20 til 60:40 mikrokrystallinsk cellulose:calciumphosphat.
6. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor den mikrokrystallinske cellulose har en median partikelstørrelse på 20 pm til 250 pm.
7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen er fremstillet ved hjælp af tørblanding af partikler af vandfrit calciumphosphat og partikler af mikrokrystallinsk cellulose.
8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen i det væsentlige består af en fysisk blanding af partikler af mindst ét vandfrit calciumphosphat og partikler af mikrokrystallinsk cellulose.
9. Granulat- eller tabletformulering, der omfatter sammensætningen ifølge krav 1 og mindst ét aktivt stof.
10. Granulat- eller tabletformulering ifølge krav 9, der yderligere omfatter mindst ét smøremiddel.
11. Granulat- eller tabletformulering ifølge krav 9, der yderligere omfatter mindst ét opløsningsmiddel.

13. Fremgansmåde ifølge krav 12, der omfatter et yderligere trin: c) gensammenpresning af granulatet til opnåelse af en fast doseringsform.
14. Fast doseringsform, der omfatter sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, mindst ét aktivt stof og eventuelt mindst ét yderligere excipiens, i form af en sammenpresset tablet.
