Claims (15)

  1. Sammensætninger og fremgangsmåder til skeletdannelse
    1. Substanssammensætning omfattende et precursormoiekyie, hvilken sammensætning omfatter ikke-thioleret albumin og mindst to syntetiske polymerer kovalent bundet til albuminet, hvor hver af de mindst to syntetiske polymerer har en funktionel gruppe, hvilken funktionel gruppe er udvalgt til at være i stand til tværbinding med en funktionel gruppe på mindst én anden syntetisk polymer ved kædepolvmerisatlon, hvor mindst én anden syntetisk polymer danner en del af mindst ét andet precursormoiekyie, der omfatter ikke-thioleret albumin og mindst to syntetiske polymerer, der er kovalent bundet til albuminet, hvilken tværbinding danner et skelet.
  2. 2. Skelet, der omfatter et antal ikke-thialaterede albuminmolekyler og et antal syntetiske polymerer, der er kovaient bundet til albuminmoiekyler, hvor hver af albuminmolekylerne er kovalent bundet til mindst to af de syntetiske polymerer, hvor de syntetiske polymerer er tværbundet ved kædepolymerisation.
  3. 3. Hydrogel dannet af skelettet ifølge krav 2.
  4. 4. Kosmetisk sammensætning, der omfatter hydrogel ifølge krav 3.

Fremgangsmåde til generering af et skelet, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) kovalent binding af ikke-thioleret albumin til mindst to syntetiske polymerer gennem en første funktionel gruppe på mindst to syntetiske polymerer, hvor hver af mindst to syntetiske polymerer har en sekundær funktionel gruppe for derved at opnå et precursormoiekyie, der omfatter albuminet og de syntetiske polymerer; og efterfølgende (b) tværbinding af et antal precursormolekyler ved kædepolymerisation af den anden funktionelle gruppe for derved at generere skelettet, hvorved fremgangsmåder til behandling af menneske- eller dyrekroppen ved hjælp af kirurgi eller terapi er udelukket.
  6. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor den første funktionelle gruppe af de syntetiske polymerer er kovalent bundet til en cysteinrest af albuminet.
  7. 7. Substanssammensætning ifølge krav 1, skelet ifølge krav 2 eller hydrogel ifølge krav 3 til anvendelse til reparation af vævsskade.
  8. 8. Substanssammensætning ifølge krav 1, skelet ifølge krav 2 eller hydrogel ifølge krav 3, hvor den syntetiske polymer er PEG,
  9. 9. Substanssammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor den funktionelle gruppe er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af acrylat og vinylsulfon.
  10. 10. Substanssammensætning ifølge krav 1, skelet ifølge krav 2, eller fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor kædepolymerisationen resulterer i udskiftning af umættede bindinger i monomerer med bindinger, der forbinder monomerer,
  11. 11. Substanssammensætning ifølge krav I, skelet ifølge krav 2, eller hydrogel ifølge krav 3, hvor albuminet er denatureret.
  12. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor første og anden funktionelle gruppe er identiske,
  13. 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor tværbindingen endvidere omfatter tværbinding af et antal precursormolekyler med et antal syntetiske polymerer, hvor hver af de syntetiske polymerer har mindst to funktionelle grupper, hvilke funktionelle grupper er valgt til at være i stand til tværbinding med en funktionel gruppe af p rec u rs ormo i e kvi e rn e.
  14. 14. Skelet ifølge krav 2, hydrogel ifølge krav 3, eller fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5, 6, 12 og 13, hvor en koncentration af antallet af syntetiske polymerer ligger I området fra 1 mg/mi til 150 mg/ml.
  15. 15. Substanssammensætning, skelet eller hydrogel ifølge krav 7, hvor anvendelsen til reparation af vævsskade er en anvendelse som et klæbemiddel.
