Claims (3)
- AKSIALBLÆSER OG BLÆSERROTOR1. Aksialblæser (1), der omfatter et i det væsentlige cirkulært cylindrisk blæserrør (3) med en indvendig diameter, og hvor blæserrøret er konfigureret med en blæserrotor (2), hvilken blæserrotor har en rotoraksel, som i det væsentlige stemmer overens med det cirkulært cylindriske blæserrørs (3) midterakse; og hvor blæserrotoren (2) omfatter et centralt anbragt rotornav (4), der via rotorakslen er forbundet med et motordrev, og en række rotorblade (5), af hvilke hvert især strækker sig helt eller delvis radialt fra rotornavet (4) og hen imod det cirkulært cylindriske blæserrør (3); og hvor hvert blad (5) har en proksimal ende (14), der er fastgjort til rotornavet (4), og en distal ende (13) ved rotorens (2) udvendige diameter, hvilken ende er lidt mindre end blæserrørets (3) indvendige diameter, og hvor rotornavet (4) omfatter en udvendig kappe (8), der på ydersiden har en navoverflade (11), som i det væsentlige er rotationssymmetrisk omkring rotornavets (4) midterakse; og hvor rotornavet (4) har en forende og en bagende og et divergerende afsnit derimellem, hvor navoverfladens (11) radius i det divergerende afsnit er forøget med afstanden til forenden på navet (4); og hvor rotornavet (4) og bladene (5) er fremstillet som separate metaldele; og hvor rotorbladene (5) er fastmonteret på de divergerende afsnit på navoverfladen (11); og hvor bladene (5) er svejset eller loddet på navoverfladen (11), og hvor navet (4) endvidere omfatter en akseldel (9), der strækker sig ind i den udvendige kappe (8) langs rotornavets (4) midterakse, hvilken akseldel (9) omfatter midler til montering af rotornavet på en drevaksel og er forbundet med den udvendige kappe (8) ved forenden deraf, kendetegnet ved, at der for hvert individuelt blad (5) på blæserrotoren (2) er konfigureret en første forstærkningsribbe (10), der strækker sig mellem akseldelen (9) og den udvendige kappe (8) og understøtter den udvendige kappe (8) neden under bladene (5) i forhold til akseldelen (9).
- 2. Aksialblæser ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at blæserrøret (3) er forsynet med monteringsflanger både opstrøms og nedstrøms for rotoren (2), idet monteringsflangerne i det væsentlige strækker sig i lige vinkler i forhold til blæserrørets (3) yderside, hvor monteringsflangerne omfatter midler til montering af blæserrotoren (2) i et rørsystem.
- 3. Aksialblæser ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at der for hvert blad er konfigureret én eller flere yderligere forstærkningsribber (12), som ligeledes strækker sig mellem akseldelen (9) og den udvendige kappe (8) og er anbragt ved siden af den første forstærkningsribbe (10) på en sådan måde, at de understøtter områder på den udvendige kappe (8) til begge sider af det område, som understøttes af den første forstærkningsribbe (10).
