Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at fraktionere et materiale af lignocellulosebiomasse, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at føde biomassen til en afgasningsreaktor for at fjerne flygtige ikke-lignocellulo-seholdige komponenter af biomassen ved at anvende overophedet damp ved en temperatur på mellem ca. 120 og ca. 220 ° C og et tryk på mellem ca. 6 og ca. 16 bara; efter afgasning, at føde biomassen ind i en hemicellulose-hydrolysereaktor for at separere og hydrolysere hemicellulose; at separere biomassen i en første fast komponent og en flydende komponent, hvor den flydende komponent indbefatter hydrolyseret hemicellulose i vand eller opløsningsmiddel, og hvor den faste komponent omfatter cellulose og lignin og har mindre end ca. 10 % hemicellulose; at føde den faste komponent til en cellulosehydrolysereaktor, der omfatter en kontinuerlig overophedet dampreaktor, for at hydrolysere og fordampe cellulosekomponenten; og at kondensere den hydrolyserede og fordampede cellulose.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor cellulosehydrolysereaktoren anvender overophedet damp til biomassen ved en temperatur på mindst 300 ° C, fortrinsvis ved en temperatur på mellem ca. 350 og 550 ° C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor cellulosehydrolysereaktoren anvender tryk på biomassen på 1 - 3 bara.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor cellulosehydrolysereaktoren anvender en blanding af damp og en gas til den faste komponent, hvilken gassen fortrinsvis omfatter nitrogen, hydrogen, carbondioxid, carbonmonoxid eller kombinationer deraf.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvilken fremgangsmåde yderligere omfatter at anvende elektromagnetisk eller elektroakustisk (EM/EA) behandling af den faste komponent umiddelbart før den kommer ind i cellulosehydrolysereaktoren og/eller når den passerer gennem cellulosehydrolysereaktoren, hvilken EM/EA-behandling fortrinsvis indbefatter pulserende elektrisk felt, ultralydsenergi, mikrobølgeenergi og kombinationer deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor afgasningsreaktoren omfatter en kontinuerlig dampreaktor.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvilken fremgangsmåde yderligere omfatter at føde den faste komponent ind i en tørretumbler, der omfatter en kontinuerlig overophedet dampreaktor, efter separering af biomassen i hemicellulosehydroly-sereaktoren for at reducere vandindholdet i den faste komponent, før den faste komponent fødes ind i cellulosehydrolysereaktoren.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvilken fremgangsmåde yderligere omfatter at knuse den faste komponent efter adskillelse af biomassen i hemicellulosehy-drolysereaktoren og før den faste komponent fødes ind i cellulosehydrolysereak-toren.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor hemicellulosehydrolysereaktoren omfatter en kontinuerlig overophedet dampreaktor.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor cellulosehydrolysereaktoren frembringer en cellulosedamp og lignin-forkullet masse.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor cellulosehydrolysereaktoren hydrolyserer cellulose og frembringer en cellulosesukkerdamp og en anden fast komponent.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvilken fremgangsmåde yderligere omfatter at føde den anden faste komponent til en anden cellulosehydrolysereaktor, der omfatter en kontinuerlig overophedet dampreaktor.
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12, hvor den første cellulosereaktor hydrolyserer cellulosen delvist, og den anden cellulosehydrolysereaktor fuldender cellulosehydrolyse og adskiller den fordampede cellulose fra ligninet.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 11, hvilken fremgangsmåde yderligere omfatter at føde den anden faste komponent ind i en overhedet dampreaktor for at reducere lignin til en kondenserbar damp.
