Claims (13)

1. Drivmekanisme til en lægemiddelfremføringsanordning (1), der omfatter 5 - et hus (2) , - en drivdel (5), hvilken drivdel (5) er konfigureret til at blive aksialt forskudt i en dosisindstillingsretning i forhold til huset (2) til indstilling af en dosis af et lægemiddel (24) og til at blive aksialt forskudt i en 10 dosisfremføringsretning i forhold til huset (2) til fremføring af den indstillede dosis af lægemidlet (24), hvilken drivdel (5) omfatter et drivtræk (15), en stempelstangsindretning (32), hvilken stempelstangsindretning (32) omfatter et sæt af 15 interaktionsflader (17) til mekanisk interaktion med drivtrækket (15), hvor mindst to interaktionsflader (17) er aksialt og vinkelmæssigt forskudt i forhold til hinanden, og er kendetegnet ved, at drivmekanismen er konfigureret, således at, når drivdelen (5) forskydes i 20 dosisfremføringsretningen til fremføring af den indstillede dosis, interagerer drivtrækket (15) mekanisk med én af interaktionsfladerne (17), og stempelstangsindretningen (32) roterer i forhold til huset (2) til derved rotation og aksial forskydning af en anden af interaktionsfladerne (17) fra en 25 ikke-interaktionsposition til en interaktionsposition, hvor drivtrækket (15) kan interagere med den anden af interaktionsfladerne (17), når drivmekanismen aktueres endnu en gang til indstilling og fremføring af en yderligere dosis.
2. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvor drivdelen (5) er sikret mod rotationsbevægelse i forhold til huset (2), og den anden af interaktionsfladerne (17) roteres og forskydes aksialt til den position, den ene interaktionsflade (17) af interaktionsfladerne (17) havde før 35 forskydning af drivdelen (5) i dosisfremføringsretningen.
3. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor drivdelen (5) er en fleksibel del, og hvor drivdelen (5), når den forskydes i dosisindstillingsretningen, forskydes mod den anden af interaktionsfladerne (17), idet drivdelen (5) afbøjes elastisk omkring en længdegående akse (28) ved mekanisk interaktion mellem drivtrækket (15) og 5 stempelstangsindretningen (32) .
4. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 3, hvor to tilgrænsende interaktionsflader (17) af sættet af interaktionsflader (17) er forbundet via en rampe (31), og 10 hvor drivdelen (5), når den forskydes i dosisindstillingsretningen, afbøjes elastisk, når drivtrækket (15) styres langs rampen (31).
5. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte 15 krav, hvor stempelstangsindretningen (32) er sikret mod rotation i forhold til huset (2), når drivdelen (5) forskydes i dosisindstillingsretningen i forhold til stempelstangsindretningen (32). 20

Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor stempelstangsindretningen (32) omfatter mindst ét styrespor (18), der løber langs stempelstangsindretningen 25 (32), og hvor drivmekanismen omfatter en interaktionsdel (23), hvilken interaktionsdel (23) er rotationsmæssigt og aksialt fikseret i forhold til huset (2) og er konfigureret til at samvirke med styresporet (18), hvor styresporet (18) omfatter mindst én fremføringssektion (18A), hvilken fremføringssektion 30 (18A) er skrå i forhold til en længdegående hovedakse (28) af stempelstangsindretningen (32), hvor stempelstangsindretningen (32), når drivdelen (5) forskydes i dosisfremføringsretningen, roteres ved mekanisk interaktion mellem interaktionsdelen (23) og fremføringssektionen (18A). 35
7. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 6, hvor stempelstangsindretningen (32) roteres med 45 grader eller mindre til fremføring af den indstillede dosis.
8. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 6 eller krav 7, hvor fremføringssektionen (18A) omfatter mindst ét blokeringsmiddel (19), hvilket blokeringsmiddel (19) 5 forhindrer aksial forskydning af stempelstangsindretningen (32) i dosisindstillingsretningen, når den samvirker mekanisk med interaktionsdelen (23) .
9. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 8, 10 hvor fremføringssektionen (18A) omfatter et antal dosissektioner, hvor to tilgrænsende dosissektioner er adskilt af blokeringsmidlet (19).
