Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en palmeoliefraktion, som stort set ikke indeholder 3-monochlorpropandiol-fedtsyreestere (3-MCPD-estere), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: • at fraktionere en rå palmeolie, som har et frit fedtsyreindhold på mindre end 1,5 % og et diglyceridindhold på mindre end 5,5 vægt-%, for at fremstille mindst en rå palmeoliefraktion, hvor den rå palmeoliefraktion er udvalgt blandt rå palmeolein, som har en jodværdi på mindst 55, og en rå palmestearin, som har en jodværdi på mindre end 48; og • at deodorisere den rå palmeoliefraktion for at fremstille en deodoriseret palmeoliefraktion med et 3-MCPD-esterindhold på mindre end 1 ppm.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den rå palmeolie fremstilles ved: • at høste palmefrugt; • at underkaste den høstede frugt en varmebehandling for at inaktivere enzymer, som den indeholder, hvor varmebehandlingen finder sted inden for 24 timer, fortrinsvis 12 timer efter høstningen af frugten; • at presse den varmebehandlede palmefrugt for at ekstrahere en olieholdig opslæmning; og • at fjerne vand og ikke non-olieholdige faststoffer fra den olieholdige opslæmning for at fremstille en rå palmeolie med et frit fedtsyreindhold på mindre end 1,5 %.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor tidsspændet fra høstningen af palmefrugten til deodoriseringen af den rå palmeoliefraktion ikke overstiger 4 dage.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den rå palmeoliefraktion underkastes en degummiering før deodoriseringen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor den degummierede rå palmeoliefraktion underkastes en blegning før deodoriseringen.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor den rå palmeoliefraktion bleges for at fremstille en bleget palmeoliefraktion med et rødt Lovibond-tal på mindre end 1,5 og et gult Lovibond-tal på mindre end 15.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den rå palmeolie deodoriseres ved en temperatur på 230-280 °C og et tryk på 0,1-4 mbar.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den rå palmeolie ikke deodoriseres inden fraktioneringen.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 2-8, hvor der fjernes vand fra den olieholdige opslæmning i et klaringsbassin.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor olien, der er tilvejebragt fra dekante-ren, tørres i en vakuumtørrer til et fugtindhold på mindre end 0,2 %.
