Claims (5)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL DANNELSE AF EN ISOLERENDE GLASRUDEENHED1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en isolerende glasrudeenhed (6), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: (A) tilvejebringelse afen fleksibel, skumbaseret, tørremiddelbærende afstandsholderkrop (10) i en rulle i en opbevaringsbeholder, hvor afstandsholderkroppen (10) har trykfølsomt klæbestof påført to modsatstillede sider af afstandsholderkroppen (10); (B) udrulning afen del af afstandsholderkroppen (10) fra opbevaringsbeholderen; (C) påføring af et tætningsmiddel (18) på to modsatte lokaliteter på modsatstillede sider af afstandsholderkroppen (10); (D) fastgørelse af den tætningsmiddelbelagte afstandsholderkrop (10) til en første glasrude (22) med det trykfølsomme klæbestof, således at tætningsmidlet går i indgreb med den første glasrude (22) til dannelse af en hermetisk forsegling mellem den første glasrude (22) og afstandsholderkroppen (10); og (E) fastgørelse af en anden glasrude (22) til den tætningsmiddelbelagte afstandsholderkrop (10) med det trykfølsomme klæbestof, således at tætningsmidlet danner en hermetisk forsegling mellem den anden glasrude (22) og afstandsholderkroppen (10).
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter det trin, at tætningsmidlet afkøles mellem trinnene (C) og (D).
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor den tætningsmiddelbelagte afstandsholderkrop (10) ikke håndteres mellem trinnene (C) og (D).
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor afstandsholderkroppen (10) ikke dannes til en ramme, før afstandsholderkroppen (10) er fastgjort til den første glasrude (22) med det trykfølsomme klæbestof.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor trin (D) indbefatter de trin, at hjørnelokaliteterne lokaliseres, idet kun en del af afstandsholderkroppen (10) indkærves i hjørnelokaliteterne, og afstandsholderkroppen (10) bøjes i kærven (30) til dannelse af et hjørne.
