Claims (2)

1. Fremgangsmåde med højt udbytte til detektering af forekomsten af to eller flere proteiner af interesse med kendte aminosyresekvenser i en plantebaseret prøve fra en transgen plante, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: i) tilvejebringelse af massespektraldata for to eller flere proteiner af interesse, der er forventede produkter af transgen ekspression i den transgene plante; ii) tilvejebringelse af en første injektion af en kompleks plantebaseret prøve indeholdende proteiner, hvor prøven er en rå plantematrix ekstraheret fra væv af interesse; iii) etablering af kontakt mellem den rå plantematrix og en protease for at fordøje proteiner til peptider; iv) injektion af den fordøjede rå plantematrix i en LC-MS-anordning; v) opnåelse af samtidige massespektraldata for peptiderne; vi) sammenligning af de samtidige massespektraldata fra v) med massespektraldataene tilvejebragt til de to eller flere proteiner af interesse, hvorved forekomst eller fravær af de to eller flere proteiner af interesse bestemmes.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de to eller flere proteiner af interesse er to proteiner af interesse eller fire proteiner af interesse.
