Claims (6)
1. Billeddannende spektrometer af Dyson-typen omfattende: • en indgang (1) der strækker sig i en retning X i et objektplan af spektrometeret, hvilken indgang er tilpasset til at udsende en indfaldslysstråle; • et diffraktionsgitter (4) omfattende et sæt linjer på en konkav støtte; • et refraktivt optisk system omfattende en linse (2), hvilken linse omfatter en første plan side (8) og en anden konveks side (3), idet den konvekse side (3) af linsen og den konkave side af diffraktionsgitteret (4) er koncentriske, hvilket optiske system er tilpasset til at modtage og styre indfaldslysstrålen mod diffraktionsgitteret (4), til at modtage en stråle der er afbøjet af diffraktionsgitteret, og til at danne et spektralt billede af den afbøjede stråle, hvilket spektrale billede strækker sig i et billedfelt i et billedplan af spektrometeret; og • en udgang i billedplanet (7) af spektrometeret tilpasset til at modtage et billede af indgangen rumligt opløst i en X'-retning og spektralt opløst i en Y'-retning; kendetegnet ved, at: diffraktionsgitteret omfatter et sæt ikke-parallelle og ikke-ækvidistante linjer og/eller diffraktionsgitterets støtte er en asfærisk ellipseformet omdrejningsflade for at forbedre billedkvaliteten af det spektrale billede i billedfeltet samtidig med at spektral- og feltforvrængningerne minimeres, • det optiske system omfatter endvidere en hemisfærisk linse og en plade (13) med plane og parallelle sider, hvilken plade (13) er forbundet med den plane side (8) af linsen (2) og er anbragt på den optiske vej af indfaldsstrålen mellem indgangen og diffraktionsgitteret, idet objektplanet af spektrometeret er placeret på en side af pladen (13) og billedplanet af spektrometeret er adskilt fra linsen (2) af et mellemrum, • linsens (2) og pladens (13) materialer er valgt til at kompensere for den kromatiske dispersion over billedfeltet.
2. Billeddannende spektrometer ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at diffraktionsgitteret omfatter et sæt ikke-parallelle og/eller ikke-ækvidistante linjer tilpasset til at danne et spektralt billede i et billedfelt med forbedret billedkvalitet i billedfeltet samtidigt med at der bevares en lav spektral- og feltforvrængning.
3. Billeddannende spektrometer ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, kendetegnet ved, at linsen (2) er en tynd plankonveks linse og spektrometrets objekt og billedplaner er adskilt fra linsens (2) plane side (8) af et mellemrum med en optisk tykkelse typisk mindre end eller lig med 15% af krumningsradiussen af gitteret (4).
4. Billeddannende spektrometer ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter en matrixsensor anbragt i billedfeltet for at danne et spektralt billede af indgangen.
5. Billeddannende spektrometer ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter et hus omfattende en sensor og et vindue, idet sensorens sensitive overflade er anbragt bag vinduet og idet huset er tilpasset til at afkøle sensoren.
6. Billeddannende spektrometer ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at indgangen omfatter et sæt optiske fibre på linje med en akse og sensoren er tilpasset til at danne et billedspektrum af hver optisk fiber.
