Claims (10)

1. Fremgangsmåde til trådløs kommunikation, omfattende: udveksling (912) af en lavere-lag-ordre til at aktivere eller deaktivere en sekundær bærebølge til et brugerudstyr UE, hvorved den lavere-lag-ordre omfatter en delt styrekanal for HS-DSCH-, HS-SCCH-, ordre med henblik på at blive sendt via et knudepunkt B til UE’en, kommunikering (914) på blot én ankerbærebølge, hvis nedre-lag-ordren deaktiverer den sekundære bærebølge, kommunikering (916) på ankerbærebølgen og den sekundære bærebølge, hvis nedre-lag-ordren aktiverer den sekundære bærebølge, udveksling af en anden HS-SCCH-ordre til at aktivere eller deaktivere HS-SCCH-løs operation ved UE’en, og udveksling af data uden signalering, hvis den anden HS-SCCH-ordre aktiverer HS-SCCH-løs operation.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved udvekslingen af lavere-lag-ordren omfatter modtagelse af lavere-lag-ordren, som sendes via et knudepunkt B til UE’en til at aktivere eller deaktivere den sekundære bærebølge.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved udvekslingen af lavere-lag-ordren omfatter sending af lavere-lag-ordren fra et knudepunkt B til UE for at aktivere eller deaktivere den sekundære bærebølge.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved HS-SCCH-løs operation begrænses til anker-bærebølgen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, og som yderligere omfatter: bestemmelse af, hvorvidt den sekundære bærebølge skal aktiveres eller deaktiveres baseret på tilgængelig sendeeffekt ved UE’en.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, og som yderligere omfatter: bestemmelse af, hvorvidt den sekundære bærebølge skal aktiveres eller deaktiveres baseret på dataaktivitet ved UE’en.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, og som yderligere omfatter: hvis lavere-lag-ordren aktiverer den sekundære bærebølge, deaktivering af den sekundære bærebølge efter en speciel i naktivitetstid er udløbet uden udveksling af en anden nedre-lag-ordre til deaktivering.
8. Apparat til trådløs kommunikation, omfattende: midler til udveksling (110, 120): en lavere-lag-ordre til at aktivere eller deaktivere en sekundær bærebølge til et brugerudstyr UE, en anden HS-SCCH-ordre til at aktivere eller deaktivere HS-SCCH-løs operation ved UE’en, og data uden signalering, hvis den anden HS-SCCH-ordre aktiverer HS-SCCH-løs operation hvorved den lavere-lag-ordre omfatter en delt styrekanal for HS-DSCH-, HS-SCCH-, ordre med henblik på at blive sendt via et knudepunkt B til UE’en, midler til kommunikation (1122, 1126, 1138, 1142) på blot én ankerbærebølge, hvis nedre-lag-ordren deaktiverer den sekundære bærebølge, og midler til kommunikering (1122, 1126, 1138, 1142) på ankerbærebølgen og den sekundære bærebølge, hvis nedre-lag-ordren aktiverer den sekundære bærebølge.
9. Apparat ifølge krav 8, hvorved midlerne til udvekslingen af lavere-lag-ordren omfatter midler til modtagelse af lavere-lag-ordren, som sendes via et knudepunkt B til UE’en til at aktivere eller deaktivere den sekundære bærebølge.
10. Apparat ifølge krav 8, hvorved midlerne til udvekslingen af lavere-lag-or-dren omfatter midler til sending af lavere-lag-ordren fra et knudepunkt B til UE for at aktivere eller deaktivere den sekundære bærebølge.
