Claims (14)

1. Biomedicinsk sensorsystem omfattende: et antal elektroder (50), som har en impedans større end 50kQ/mil2 og et sammenhængende klæbemiddelmateriale (50), som har en impedans større end 20kQ/mil2, som er indrettet til ikke-ionisk kapacitiv kobling via klæbemiddel materialet, og som er i kontakt med hver elektrode ud af antallet af elektroder, og et signalanalysesystem, som er koblet til og indrettet til at modtage signaler fra antallet af elektroder, hvorved signalanalysesystemet er indrettet til at vælge et delsæt af antallet af elektroder til brug til signalanalysen, og hvorved udvælgelsen er baseret på signalerne med den mindste støj og/eller den kraftigste amplitude.
2. Biomedicinsk sensorsystem ifølge krav 1, hvorved klæbemiddelmaterialet er et dielektrisk materiale.
3. Biomedicinsk sensorsystem ifølge krav 1, hvorved signalanalysesystemet er konfigureret til at analysere elektriske signaler fra delsættet af antallet af elektroder til at bestemme, hvorvidt en patient har et unormalt hjerteslag.
4. Biomedicinsk sensorsystem ifølge krav 1, hvorved systemet omfatter seks elektroder i kontakt med klæbemiddelmaterialet.
5. Biomedicinsk sensorsystem ifølge krav 4, hvorved sensorsystemet er indrettet til at foretage ECG-analyser.
6. Biomedicinsk sensorsystem ifølge krav 1, hvorved elektroderne og klæbemiddelmaterialet er monteret på en bærersubstrat (54) før anbringelsen på en patient.

9. Biomedicinsk sensorsystem ifølge krav 1, hvorved i det mindste nogle ud af antallet af elektroder er adskilt fra hinanden ved en afstand på mindre end ca. 25.000 mikron.

Fremgangsmåde til detektering af et tidsvarierende signal fra en patient, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: anbringelse afen første overflade på et klæbemiddelmateriale på en patient, hvorved klæbemiddelmaterialet har en impedans større end 20kQ/mil2, er indrettet til ikke-ionisk kapacitiv kobling via klæbemiddelmaterialet og har et antal af elektroder, som har en impedans der er større end 50kQ/mil2 på en anden overflade, som er modsat den første overflade, modtagelse af tidsvarierende signaler fra antallet af elektroder, og udvælgelse under en automatiseret proces af et delsæt af antallet af elektroder, der skal anvendes til signalanalyse, hvorved udvælgelsen er baseret på de signaler, som harden laveste støj og/eller kraftigste amplitude.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvorved klæbemiddelmaterialet er et dielektrisk materiale.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvorved den biomedicinske sensor har en række af elektroder i kontakt med klæbemiddelmaterialet.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvorved den biomedicinske sensor har et antal af sæt af elektroder.
