Claims (15)

  1. Titel: Film-coatet komprimeret tyggegummi Patentkrav
    1. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet, der omfatter mindst ét komprimeret tyggegummimodul, idet det mindst ene komprimerede tyggegummimodul indbefatter en komprimeret partikulær tyggegummisammensætning, hvilken komprimerede partikulære tyggegummisammensætning omfatter komprimerede tyggegummipartikler, der indeholder gummibase, hvor indholdet af gummibase er mindst 5 vægtprocent af tabletten, og hvor tyggegummitabletten er forsynet med en film-coating, hvor film-coatingen omfatter flydende smagsstof i en mængde på mere end 1 vægtprocent af tørfilms-coatingen, og hvor mængden af flydende smagsstof i tyggegummitabletten, inklusive film-coatingen, er over 0,05 vægtprocent af tyggegummitabletten.
  2. 2. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge krav 1, hvor mængden af flydende smagsstof i tyggegummitabletten, eksklusive film-coatingen, er under 2 vægtprocent, såsom under 1 vægtprocent, af tyggegummitabletten.
  3. 3. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor et hvilket som helst flydende smagsstof i tyggegummitabletten, eksklusive film-coatingen, er lokaliseret i de komprimerede tyggegummipartikler, der indeholder gummibase.
  4. 4. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor den komprimerede tyggegummitablet omfatter mindst én aktiv farmaceutisk ingrediens.

Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor det flydende smagsstof er valgt fra gruppen bestående af kokosnød, kaffe, chokolade, vanilje, grapefrugt, appelsin, lime, menthol, lakrids, karamelaroma, honningaroma, jordnød, valnød, cashewnød, hasselnød, mandler, ananas, jordbær, hindbær, tropiske frugter, kirsebær, kanel, pebermynte, vintergrøn, spearmint, eukalyptus, mynte, frugtessens såsom fra æble-, pære-, fersken-, jordbær-, abrikos-, hindbær-, kirsebær-, ananas- og blommeessens, æteriske olier, herunder pebermynte-, spearmint-, menthol-, eukalyptus-, nellike-, laurbær-, anis-, timian-, cederblads-, muskatnødolie, olier af de ovennævnte frugter og kombinationer heraf.
  8. 8. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor filmcoatingen omfatter flydende smagsstof i en mængde på mere end 5 vægtprocent af tørfilmscoatingen.
  9. 9. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor filmcoatingen bibringer en modificeret frigivelsesegenskab med hensyn til aktive komponenter i tyggegummiformuleringen.
  10. 10. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor filmcoatingen omfatter høj-intense sødestoffer.
  11. 11. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4-10, hvor den mindst ene aktive farmaceutiske ingrediens er nikotin.
  12. 12. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4-10, hvor den mindst ene farmaceutiske aktive ingrediens er valgt fra gruppen bestående af cetirizin, levocetirizin, metformin, metformin-HCL, phenylephrin, GLP-1, exenatid, MC-4-receptorantagonist, PPY(3-36), decapeptid, KSL-W (acetat), fluor og chlorhexidin.
  13. 13. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-12, hvor filmcoatingen omfatter mindst én aktiv farmaceutisk ingrediens.
  14. 14. Komprimeret tyggegummitablet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-13, hvor den komprimerede tyggegummitablet omfatter bio-nedbrydelige polymerer.
  15. 15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af tyggegummi ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-14, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter mindst ét komprimeringstrin og mindst ét filmcoatingstrin.
