Claims (15)
1. Apparat, der identificerer en genstand (108), hvilket apparat omfatter: en flerhed af RFID-tags (102, 104, 106), som svarer til genstanden (108), en frekvensdetektor (112), der er indrettet til at udføre en frekvens skanning over et frekvensområde og detektere en flerhed af frekvenser, via hvilke RFID-tags (102, 104, 106) kommunikerer, en frekvensmønstergenerator (116), som er indrettet til at generere et frekvensmønster, der indikerer en identitet for genstanden (108), og en genstandsidentifikator (120), som identificerer genstanden (108) baseret i det mindste delvist på flerheden af de detekterede frekvenser.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor genstandsidentifikatoren (120) er indrettet til at sammenligne det genererede frekvensmønster med kendte frekvensmønstre for at bestemme genstandens (108) identitet.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor frekvensmønstret har den generelle form {Afl; B/2; ... Xfn}, hvor A, B og X er heltal, der angiver et antal RFID-tags (102, 104, 106), som transmitterer information over frekvenser/, og n er et antal detekterede frekvenser.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter en kontekstanalysator (118), som udlæser en kontekst, der svarer til genstanden (108), hvor genstandsidentifikatoren (120) bestemmer genstandens identitet baseret i det mindste delvist på den udlæste kontekst.

Apparat ifølge krav 5, hvor RFID-læseren (110) læser hukommelsesindhold fra flerheden af RFID-tags (102, 104, 106), og genstandsidentifikatoren (120) identificerer genstanden (108) baseret i det mindste delvist på flerheden af RFID-tagsenes (102, 104, 106) detekterede frekvenser og hukommelsesindhold.
7. Apparat ifølge krav 5, der yderligere omfatter en placeringsdetektor (114), som er indrettet til at analysere frekvenser anvendt af RFID-tagsene (102, 104, 106) og detektere RFID-tagsenes (102, 104, 106) placeringer relativt til RFID-læseren (110) og relativt til hinanden.

Fremgangsmåde (700) til identifikation af en genstand (108), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: udførelse (702) af en frekvensskanning over et frekvensområde, detektion (704) af en flerhed af frekvenser, via hvilke en flerhed af RFID-tags (102, 104,106) kommunikerer, udarbejdelse (706) af et frekvensmønster, der indikerer en identitet for genstanden (108), og identifikation af genstanden (604, 710) baseret i det mindste delvist på flerheden af detekterede frekvenser.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, som yderligere omfatter: sammenligning (708) af frekvensmønstret med kendte frekvensmønstre, og identifikation (710) af genstanden (108) baseret i det mindste delvist på sammenligningen.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor flerheden af RFID-tags (102, 104, 106) er spektrum agile radio (SARA) RFID-tags.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, som yderligere omfatter: modtagelse af identiteter af flerheden af RFID-tags (102, 104, 106), og identifikation af genstanden (108) baseret i det mindste delvist på de detekterede frekvenser og de modtagne identiteter.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, som yderligere omfatter: modtagelse af indhold fra hukommelser af flerheden af RFID-tags (102, 104, 106), og identifikation af genstanden (108) baseret i det mindste delvist på de detekterede frekvenser og det modtagne indhold.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, som yderligere omfatter identifikation af genstanden (108) baseret i det mindste delvist på en defineret kontekst.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor konteksten defineres baseret i det mindste delvist på en aktuel sikkerhedsindstilling eller baseret i det mindste delvist på aktuelle vejrforhold.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, som yderligere omfatter tilvejebringelse af en identitet for genstanden (108) til et hospitalsinformationssystem (HIS).
