Claims (12)

1. Maskine til fremstilling af poser (2) af kohæsionsløst materiale, omfattende - tilførselsorgan (101) med hvilket materialet tilføres til transportorgan (4) ved en leveringsstation (8), fra hvilken det selv samme materiale transporteres af transportorganet (4) til en overføringsstation (9); - drivorgan (14), der arbejder ved overføringsstationen (9), ved hvilken forudbestemte dele (100) af materialet føres fra transportorganet (4) ind i mindst én forbindelseskanal (12) forbundet med en emballeringsstation (10) hvor de enkelte portioner (100) indesluttes i en kontinuerlig række af poser (2); - skæreorgan (23) med hvilket de enkelte poser (2) af den kontinuerlige række (21) adskilles fra hinanden, kendetegnet ved at den omfatter organ (105) med hvilket vægten af poserne tjekkes in-line.
2. Maskine ifølge krav 1, hvor vægten af poserne (2) tjekkes in-line med organ (105) anbragt mellem emballeringsstationen (10) og skæreorganet (23).
3. Maskine ifølge krav 1 eller 2, omfattende en master-styreenhed (103) forbundet med in-line-vægt-tjekorganet (105) og med tilførselsorganet (101).
4. Maskine ifølge krav 1 til 3, hvor vægten af poserne (2) tjekkes in-line med organ (105) omfattende en mikrobølgeudsenderindretning (102).
5. Maskine ifølge krav 1 til 3, hvor vægten af poserne (2) tjekkes in-line med organ (105) omfattende en beta-stråleudsender.
6. Maskine ifølge krav 1 til 3, hvor vægten af poserne (2) tjekkes in-line med organ (105) omfattende en gamma-stråleudsender.
7. Maskine ifølge krav 1 til 6, omfattende en uddrivningsindretning (104) forbundet med master-styreenheden (103), ved hjælp af hvilken frasorterede poser (2) fjernes.
8. Maskine ifølge krav 1 til 7, hvor transportorgan (4) omfatter en udleveringsskive med hulrum, roterbar omkring en given akse (X), og drivorgan (14) er udført som mekanisk skubbeorgan udformet til at indgribe med mindst ét af hulrummene.
9. Maskine ifølge krav 1 til 7, hvor aktiveringsorgan (14) er udført som pneumatisk organ ved af hvilket materialet som udgør hver del (100) frigøres gradvist fra det relative hulrum.
10. Maskine ifølge krav 9, hvor transportorgan (4) er udført som indsugningstransportorgan på hvilketen kontinuerlig strøm (28) af det kohæsionsfrie materiale dannes.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af poser (2) af kohæsionsløst materiale, omfattende trinnene at: - tilføre det kohæsionsløse materiale til transportorgan (4), ved hjælp af tilførselsorgan (101), ved en leveringsstation (8); - lede det kohæsionsløse materiale, ved hjælp af transportorgan (4), fra leveringsstationen (8) til en overføringsstation (9); - overføre forudbestemte portioner (100) af materialet, ved hjælp af drivorgan (14) der arbejder ved overføringsstationen (9), fra transportorgan (4) til mindst én kanal (12) forbundet med en emballeringsstation (10) hvor poserne (2) dannes, fyldes og forsegles, kendetegnet ved at den omfatter trinnet at tjekke vægten af hver pose (2) in-line.
12. Maskine ifølge krav 11, omfattende det yderligere trin at anvende en feedbacksløjfe til at kontrollere mængden af materiale tilført af tilførselsorganet.
