Claims (21)
1. System til konstruktion af aggregatpiller omfattende: en dom (1) med en øvre del (9) og et stamperhoved (2), og en passage, der strækker sig derigennem, for at tilføre aggregat gennem domen til stamperhovedet; og hvor stamperhovedet er åbent for at tilvejebringe en passage for aggregat til at passere gennem stamperhovedet ud af domen og har en flerhed af strukturelementer (6) forbundet deri for at muliggøre en i alt væsentligt uhindret fri strømning af aggregat derigennem, når domen hæves under neddrivning, og for at forhindre, at aggregat strømmer tilbage ind i domen under den nedadgående stampning.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor strukturelementeme (6) omfatter bevægelig mekaniske strømningsbegrænsere, der bevæger sig for at blokere stamperhovedets (2) passage ind i domen (1), hvorved aggregat forhindres i at strømme ind i domen under stampning.
3. System ifølge krav 2, hvor de mekaniske strømningsbegrænsere (6) omfatter kæder fastgjort til at strække sig nedefter omkring en indervæg af stamperhovedet (2).
4. System ifølge krav 1, hvor strukturelementeme omfatter passive strømningsbegrænsere (16), der forhindrer strømning af aggregat tilbage i domen (1) under stampning.
5. System ifølge krav 4, hvor de passive strømningsbegrænsere (16) er elementer, der i alt væsentligt strækker sig horisontalt fastgjort omkring en indervæg af stamperhovedet (2) omkring en indre periferi deraf.
6. System ifølge krav 5, hvor de elementer, der i alt væsentligt strækker sig horisontalt, har en øvre flade, der hælder fra ca. 0 grader i forhold til den horisontale til ca. 60 grader nedefter fra den horisontale.
7. System ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 4, der endvidere omfatter en drivplade (3), der kan gå i indgreb med stamperhovedet (2) for at forhindre jord i at trænge ind i domen (1) under neddrivning deraf til en forhåndsbestemt dybde.
8. System ifølge krav 1, hvor domens øvre del (9) og stamperhoved (2) er en enkeltstående enhed af ensartet ydre diameter.
9. System ifølge krav 1, hvor dornens øvre del (9) og stamperhoved (2) er to separate enheder forbundet med hinanden.
10. System ifølge krav 1 eller 9, hvor stamperhovedet (2) er af større diameter end den øvre del (9).
11. Fremgangsmåde til konstruktion af aggregatpiller omfattende anvendelse af en dom (1) med en øvre del (9) og et stamperhoved (2), hvor den øvre del og stamperhovedet er indrettet til at tillade strømning af aggregat derigennem, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilvejebringelse af en flerhed af strukturelementer (6) forbundet inde i stamperhovedet i en konfiguration for at gøre det muligt for aggregat af blive tilbage i et hulrum dannet ved neddrivning af domen, og for at muliggøre i alt væsentligt uhindret fri strømning af aggregat gennem stamperhovedet, når domen hæves under neddrivning; og forhindring af, at aggregat strømmer tilbage ind i domen under stampning via indgreb mellem strukturelementeme og aggregatet.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter tilførsel af aggregat ind i stamperhovedet (2) og neddrivning af domen (1) til en ønsket dybde.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter at lade en offerplade (3) gå i indgreb med stamperhovedet (2) for at lukke strømning ind i stamperhovedet, og neddrivning af domen (1) til en ønsket dybde.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor offerpladen (3) frigives fra stamperhovedet (2) efter neddrivning til den ønskede dybde.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller 14, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter tilførsel af aggregat ind i dornen (1), når dornen er i den ønskede dybde, hævning af dornen for at gøre det muligt for aggregatet at blive tilbage, stampning af det udledte aggregat og gentagelse af trinnene, indtil den ønskede aggregatpille er bygget.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, hvor aggregatet er én af sten, genbrugsbeton, genbrugsasfalt, slagger, sand og glas.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor strukturelementeme (6) omfatter bevægelige mekaniske strømningsbegrænsere, der bevæger sig for at blokere stamperhovedpassagen ind i domen, hvorved aggregat forhindres i at strømme ind i domen under stampning.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, hvor de mekaniske strømningsbegrænsere (6) omfatter kæder fastgjort omkring en indervæg af stamperhovedet for at strække sig nedefter deri.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor strukturelementeme omfatter passive strømningsbegrænsere (16), der forhindrer strømning af aggregat ind i domen under stampning.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 19, hvor de passive strømningsbegrænsere (16) i alt væsentligt er elementer, der strækker sig horisontalt omkring en indre periferi af stamperhovedet.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20, hvor de elementer, der i alt væsentligt strækker sig horisontalt, har en øvre flade, der hælder fra ca. 0 grader i forhold til den horisontale til ca. 60 grader nedefter fra den horisontale.
