Claims (4)

1. Transnasal antikonvulsiv farmaceutisk sammensætning, omfattende fra 4 til 6 vægt% diazepam som en aktiv bestanddel, fra 8 til 12 vægt% vand, fra 35 til 45 vægt% fedtsyreester, som er en blanding af caprylo-caproylmacrogol-8-glycerider og ethyllaurat i et vægtforhold på fra 4,5:3,5 til 5,5:2,5, fra 30 til 45 vægt% diethylenglycolmonoethylether, fra 12 til 17 vægt% ethanol og fra 0,5 til 1,2 vægt% natriumglycocholat.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor fedtsyreesteren indeholdes i en mængde på fra ca. 38 til 42 vægt% på basis af sammensætningens samlede vægt.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, til anvendelse i en fremgangsmåde til behandling af konvulsion.
4. Anvendelse af en sammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, i fremstilling af et medikament til behandling af konvulsion.
