Claims (4)
1. Vindturbine (1) med vertikal akse, som har en turbinerotor (2) og vindledende skovle (7), hvilke skovle (7) er beliggende symmetrisk på omkredsen omkring turbinerotoren (2), hvor de vindledende skovle (7) er fastgjort på en stator (3), hvilken turbine (1) er kendetegnet ved, at den har en turbinerotor (2) med 8 rotorblade (5) og en stator (3) med 8 statorskovle (7), der forløber vertikalt, hvor skovlene (7) er monteret på omkredsen omkring turbinerotoren (2) på en ramme (8), der omgiver turbinerotoren (2), hvor rammen (8) har form som en polygon med 8 spidser, og hvis midterakse falder sammen med rotorens (2) rotationsakse, hvor statoren (3), set oppefra, har form som en symmetrisk stjerne med 8 spidser, og hvor statorskovlene (7) er monteret på spidserne af polygonen og forløber langs den ydre side af polygonen i turbinens (1) rotationsretning, og hvor rotorbladene (5) er fastgjort på bærerarme, hvilke bærerarme er fastgjort symmetrisk på en turbineaksel (4) i en indbyrdes vinkel på 45°, hvor turbineakslen (4) danner rotorens (2) rotationsakse.
2. Vindturbine (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor rotorbladene (5) har en horisontal bredde i forhold til rotorens (2) radius i området 1:4 til 1:λ/2.
3. Vindturbine (1) ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor skovlene (7) har en horisontal bredde i forhold den rotorbladenes (5) horisontale bredde i området 1:2 til 2:1, fortrinsvis 1:1.
4. Vindturbine (1) ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor statorskovlene (7) har en horisontal bredde, der er lig med længden af en side af polygonrammen (8).
