Claims (4)

1. Testkit til kvantitativ fastlæggelse af det biologisk effektive parathormon i en prøve af en kropsvæske ved hjælp af en sandwich-immunanalyse for intakte humane parathormon-polypeptidkæder og N-terminalt intakte fragmenter deraf, omfattende antistoffer, som binder til eller i nærheden af PTH-receptor-bindingsstrukturen i den N-terminale region af det humane parathormon, og antistoffer, som binder til en epitop, som dannes af mindst en oxideret methioningruppe ved position 8 og/eller 18 af det humane parathormon.
2. Testkit ifølge krav 1, hvor antistofferne mod den N-terminale region 1 til 37 af parathormonet er oprenset ved hjælp af affinitetskromatografi af antistoffer, som binder til methionin 8 og/eller 18 af den oxiderede parathormon-poly-peptidkæde.
3. Testkit ifølge krav 1 eller 2, omfattende et antistof, som genkender en epitop, som dannes af de N-terminale aminosyrer 1 til 3 af parathormonet.
4. Anvendelse af et testkit ifølge et kravene 1 til 3 til fastlæggelse af oxidativ stress hos dialysepatienter.
