Description

Krav 1. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat omfattende tilførsel af resin til et eller flere fiberforstærkede lag og efterfølgende hærdning, hvilket laminat yderligere omfatter mindst et område på laminatets overflade indrettet til at skulle sammenføjes med et eller flere andre legemer kendetegnet ved, at et antal fibre anbringes på området, således at i det mindste nogle af fibrene stikker ud fra overfladen af området. 2. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 1, hvor fibre bringes til at stikke ud fra overfladen af området ved at placere et fiberlag yderst i laminatet, hvilket fiberiag i det mindste delvist afrives inden sammenføjning. 3. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 1, hvor fibre bringes til at stikke ud fra overfladen af området ved at påføre laminatet et elektrisk potentiale, hvorefter en mængde fibre bringes i nærhed af laminatet og tiltrækkes hen på laminatets overflade som følge af potentialeforskellen. 4. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 1, hvor fibre bringes til at stikke ud fra overfladen ved at placere en måtte yderst i laminatet, hvilken måtte hæftes til laminatet med fibre på tværs af samlefladen mellem laminatet og måtten, og at måtten fjernes inden sammenføjning. 5. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 4, hvor fibrene på tværs af samlefladen mellem laminatet og måtten er placeret ved Z-pinning. 6. En metode tit fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 1, hvor fibre bringes til at stikke ud fra overfladen ved at placere en hybridmåtte yderst i laminatet, hvilken hybridmåtte omfatter mindst to lag med fibre på tværs af lagenes samle-flade, og hvor mindst det yderste lag af hybridmåtten fjernes inden sammenføjning. 7. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 6, hvor fibrene på tværs af lagenes samleflade i hybridmåtten er placeret ved Z-pinning. 8. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 6, hvor fibrene på tværs af lagenes samleflade i hybridmåtten er fremkommet ved at needle punche gennem et fiberholdigt lag i hybridmåtten og op i yderligere et lag i hybridmåtten. 9. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 6, hvor fibrene på tværs af lagenes samleflade i hybridmåtten er fremkommet ved at trække fibre fra et fiberholdigt lag i hybridmåtten op i yderligere et lag i hybridmåtten. 10.
