Abstract

A handling device (1) for use in a slaughtering line for handling of a carcase (2) consisting of two interconnected carcase halves, comprises a movable arrangement (3) which is connected with two holding mechanism (4). The arrangement is movable towards the movable path of the carcase and is arranged to bring the holding mechanism in contact with each of their carcase halves. The holding mechanism is arranged to fixate the carcase halves. A handling device for use in a slaughtering line for handling of a carcase consisting of two interconnected carcase halves, which are hung in gambrel and/or hook, comprises a movable arrangement which is connected with two holding mechanism.
