Opbevaringsbeholder, der er fremstillet i en rotationsform, og som omfatter en strukturel sammensætning, der omfatter et termoplastisk materiale og et lag af fibrøst materiale i form af: (i) et vævet stof, eller (ii) en måtte eller filt, eller (iii) en præform af fibre, der holdes i form af et bindemiddel hvilken beholder, når den er formet, har en væg, der afgrænser et indre rum til at holde indhold deri idet væggen omfatter det termoplastiske materiale og det fibrøse forstærkningslag, der i det mindste delvist er indlejret i det termoplastiske materiale og forstærker sammensætningen; hvori beholderen fremstilles i rotationsformen i henhold til en fremgangsmåde, der omfatter de følgende trin: a) placering af laget af fibrøst materiale inde i formen ved at få det til at hvile på en indre overflade af formen b) placering af det termoplastiske materiale inde i formen c) lukning af formen og opvarmning af formen med det formål at varme det termoplastiske materiale tilstrækkeligt til at gøre det muligt for det termoplastiske materiale at skifte fra en fast tilstand til en flydbar tilstand d) under rotationen af formen at give det opvarmede termoplastiske materiale lov til i det mindste delvist at flyde gennem tykkelsen af laget af fibrøst forstærkningsmateriale, således at i det mindste nogle fibre i det fibrøse lag indlejres i det termoplastiske materiale for derved at danne et lag af forstærket termoplastisk materiale e) at give det termoplastiske lag lov til at afkøle f) fjernelse af sammensætningen fra rotationsformen.
2. Beholder ifølge krav 1, hvori det termoplastiske lagmateriale er valgt blandt et af de følgende materialer: polyethylen (HDPE), polypropylen (PP), polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF), ethylenchlortrifluorethylen (ECTFE).
3. Beholder ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvori det fibrøse lag omfatter vævet stof med vekslende strenge af kæde og skud, der går gennem stoffets tykkelse.
4. Beholder ifølge krav 3, hvori det termoplastiske lagmateriale indføres i formen i pulverform før opvarmning.
5. Beholder ifølge krav 4, hvori det fibrøse lag forud for indføring i formen forbehandles med en grunding, hvori grundingen er en fugtende opløsning af bindemiddel, der omfatter et opløsningsmiddel, som fordamper, inden formen lukkes.
6. Beholder ifølge krav 5, hvori bindemidlet er polystyren eller polymethylmethacrylat, der er opløst i deres monomerer, hhv. styren og methylmethacrylat, som opløsningsmiddel.
7. Beholder ifølge krav 6, der ydermere omfatter en termohærdende harpiks, som er valgt fra den gruppe, der omfatter polyester, vinylester, epoxy og polyurethan.
8. Beholder ifølge krav 7, hvori beholderen danner en hul opbevaringstank til et vejkøretøj.
9. Beholder ifølge krav 7, hvori beholderen danner en brændstoftank til en flyvinge.
10. Beholder ifølge krav 7, hvori artiklen danner en hul opbevaringstank til et skinnekøretøj.
11. Beholder ifølge krav 7, hvori den grunding, der påføres det fibrøse lag, øger gennemtrængeligheden af det termoplastiske materiale i fibrene under rotationen af formen.
12. Beholder ifølge krav 11, hvori grundingen omfatter polystyren, der er opløst i styren.
13. Beholder ifølge krav 12, hvori grundingen er blandet med en suspension af termoplastisk pulver.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en artikel ved anvendelse af en rotationsform for at danne en sammensat, hul beholder, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter de følgende trin: a) at tage et lag af fibrøst materiale i form af: (i) et vævet stof, eller (ii) en måtte eller filt, eller (iii) en præform af fibre, der holdes i form af et bindemiddel og placering af materialet mod en indre overflade af en form med en forud fastsat intern form b) placering af det præformede fibrøse lag, således at det matcher en form af en indre overflade af formen c) indføring af et termoplastisk materiale i formen og opvarmning af materialet d) at give det termoplastiske materiale lov til i det mindste delvist at trænge ind i det præformede fibrøse lag e) opvarmning af det termoplastiske materiale tilstrækkeligt til at muliggøre, at materialet skifter fra en fast tilstand til en flydbar tilstand f) at give det termoplastiske materiale lov til i det mindste delvist at flyde gennem tykkelsen af det fibrøse lag for at danne en væg af en artikel, der skal dannes i formen g) at give det termoplastiske materiale lov til at afkøle, således at i det mindste nogle fibre i det fibrøse lag indlejres i det første lag h) fjernelse af artiklen fra formen.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge krav 14, hvorved det termoplastiske lag smeltes omkring det præformerede fibrøse lag, hvilket får det til i det mindste delvist at flyde gennem tykkelsen af det fibrøse lag.
16. Beholder ifølge krav 15, hvori det termoplastiske lagmateriale er valgt blandt de følgende materialer: polyethylen (HDPE), polypropylen (PP), polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF), ethylenchlortrifluorethylen (ECTFE).
17. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge krav 16, der omfatter det yderligere trin med at påføre en grunding som en fugtende opløsning af bindemiddel, der påføres det fibrøse lag, og som omfatter et opløsningsmiddel, der fordamper, inden formen lukkes.
18. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge krav 17, hvorved bindemidlet er polystyren eller polymethylmethacrylat, der er opløst i deres monomerer, hhv. styren og methylmethacrylat, som opløsningsmiddel.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, der omfatter det indledende trin med at påføre et slipmiddel på formens indvendige overflade forud for indføring af det fibrøse lag.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 19, der omfatter det yderligere trin med at påføre gastryk inde i formen og give gastrykket lov til at virke på en glat, smeltet indre termoplastisk overflade.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20, hvorved en termohærdende harpiks påføres fibre i det fibrøse lag, der ikke er indlejret i det termoplastiske lag, således at der dannes en binding mellem det termoplastiske lag og den termohærdende harpiks.
22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 21, hvorved den termohærdende harpiks er valgt fra den gruppe, der omfatter polyester, vinylester, epoxy og polyurethan.
23. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 22, hvorved den sammensatte artikel danner i det mindste en del af en hul opbevaringstank.
