Description

Til måling af disse passagetider findes der to på hver sin side af poreåbningen placerede elektroder (12 og 13), som kan sluttes til en vekselspændingskilde. På grund af en erythrocyts passage gennem poreåbningen (11) ændres modstanden mellem elektroderne (12 og 13). Denne modstandsændring og dens varighed måles, og måleværdierne for ca. 200 erythrocytpasscger evalueres statistisk ved hjælp af en evalueringsenhed.
