Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fjernelse af kontaminanter, der omfatter nitrogenoxid (NOx), fra en røggasstrøm fra en industriel proces, der inkluderer trinene: a) tilførsel af en oxygenholdig gasstrøm til en ozongenerator til derved generering af en ozonholdig gasstrøm, hvor den ozonholdige gasstrøm indeholder 6 vægt-% eller mindre ozon; b) ledning af den ozonholdige gasstrøm til en gassepareringsenhed til separering af oxygen fra den ozonholdige gasstrøm, hvor trinet separering af oxygen fra den ozonholdige gasstrøm omfatter adsorbering af ozonen fra den ozonholdige gasstrøm på et adsorberingsmiddel og udsættelse af adsorberingsmidlet for en strøm af bæregas til desorbering af ozonen ind i bæregassen og derved frembringelse af en ozonholdig bæregasstrøm; c) udnyttelse af den separerede oxygen til generering af yderligere ozon til processen; d) tilførsel af røggasstrømmen fra en industriel proces til en røggasreaktor; og e) tilførsel af den ozonholdige bæregasstrøm til røggasreaktoren, hvor ozonen reagerer med nitrogenoxiderne i røggasstrømmen til frembringelse af N205, der er kendetegnet ved, at bæregasstrømmen er en ren, tør luft- eller nitrogenstrøm, og den ozonholdige bæregasstrøm, der tilføres røggasreaktoren, indeholder 6 vægt-% eller mindre ozon.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den tilførte oxygenholdige gas er luft eller oxygen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor den tilførte luft er komprimeret tør luft.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor adsorberingsmidlet er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af silicagel, dealumineret Y-type-zeolit og mordenitter med højt indhold af silica.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor røggassens temperatur reduceres til 163 °C eller derunder opstrøms for røggasreaktoren.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor N2O5 fjernes fra røggassen ved hjælp af vaskning.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor røggasreaktoren har en placering i en gasvasker, der drives til fjernelse af N2O5 fra røggassen.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der yderligere omfatter trinene: (f) indførelse af en reagensvæske i røggasreaktoren til omdannelse af reaktionsprodukterne af ozon og kontaminanterne til fortyndede syrer; (g) adsorbering af de fortyndede syrer i flydende vand til derved omdannelse af de fortyndede syrer til salte; og (h) udledning af røggasstrømmen, der nu i det væsentlige er fri for kontaminanter, fra røggasreaktoren.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor det flydende reagens er kaustisk soda, carbonater, bicarbonater eller hydroxider af calcium, magnesium, kalium eller ammoniak.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller krav 9, hvor de fortyndede syrer er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af HNO3, H2S03 og H2S04.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10, hvor saltene er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af nitrater, sulfitter og sulfater.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor ozonen indføres ensartet over hele gasreaktorens tværsnit ved hjælp af et gitter eller indføres radialt.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor røggasreaktoren har form som en kanal.
