Claims (4)
1. Anordning til pre-anfald advarsel om hypoglykæmiske anfald for personer, såsom diabetikere, der er tilpasset til at indsamle EEG-signalet fra to eller flere elektroder, og ved signalanalyse at identificere pre-anfald karakteristiske ændringer i EEG-signalet omfattende et fald i frekvensindhold og en stigning i amplitude og til at give et advarselssignal efter identifikation af de karakteristiske EEG-ændringer, hvilken anordning omfatter: de to eller flere elektroder, hvor de to eller flere elektroder er subkutane eller intrakranielle EEG-signalopsamlingselektroder, en interface-enhed (12), der kan placeres subkutant og forbindes med elektroderne via subkutant trukne ledninger, og en eksternt båret enhed (13), hvor den implanterbare interface-enhed omfatter en trådløs signaltransmitter, hvor den eksternt bårne enhed omfatter: en signalbehandlingsenhed til trådløs modtagelse af EEG-signaler transmitteret af interface-enheden og til udførelse af analyse af EEG-signalerne for at identificere de pre-anfald karakteristiske ændringer i disse, hvilke ændringer indikerer et hypoglykæmisk anfald og omfatter faldet i frekvensindhold og stigningen i amplitude, og en alarmsignalgiver (14); hvor signalbehandlingsenheden kan indstilles til at udføre analysen af EEG-signalerne uden anvendelsen af ECG-signaler for således at detektere de pre-anfald karakteristiske ændringer deri og bevirke, at alarmsignalgiveren leverer en alarm efter identifikation af de pre-anfald karakteristiske ændringer.
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor signalbehandlingsenheden er tilpasset til at filtrere EEG-signalerne før signalanalysen ved båndpasfiltrering.
3. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor signalanalysen af EEG-signalet udføres i tids- eller frekvensdomænet.
4. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor de pre-anfald karakteristiske EEG-signalændringer detekteres ved anvendelse af signalanalyse baseret på algoritmer indbefattende Bayes klassifikator, logistisk regression eller neurale netværk.
