Claims (10)
1. Halvbygget krumtapaksel (20) til en stor turboladet to-takt længdeskyllet krydshovedforbrændingsmotor med krumtapslag (3) omfattende en — krumtappind (4) med to krumtaparme (5), hvor hver af krumtaparmene (5) har et hul (6), hvilke krumtapslag (3) er forbundet med hinanden ved hjælp af hovedlejesøler (1) med en central hovedlejesølesektion (1b) med en diameter Dc og to cylindriske hovedlejesøleendesektioner (1a) med en diameter Ds og hvilke er indsat i hullet (6) i den tilhørende krumtaparm (5), hvor nævnte krumtapaksel (20) omfatter rundinger (11) for at reducere spændingskoncentrationer i overgangszonerne mellem den centrale hovedlejesølesektion (1b) og hovedlejesøleendesektionerne (1a), hvor i det mindste nogle af de nævnte rundinger (11) i hovedlejesølerne (1) udelukkende er tilvejebragt i den respektive hovedlejesøle (1), kendetegnet ved, at diameteren Ds af hovedlejesøleendesektionerne (1a) er større end diameteren Dc af den centrale hovedlejesølesektion (1b), og nævnte rundinger (11) er udformet i en endeflade (1c) af den respektive hovedlejesøleendesektion (1a) af hovedlejesølen (1), hvilken endeflade (1c) vender mod den centrale hovedlejesølesektion (1b).
2. Halvbygget krumtapaksel ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at rundingerne (11) er udført som ringformede rundinger (11).
3. Halvbygget krumtapaksel ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at > rundingerne (11) strækker sig hele vejen rundt om hovedlejesølen (1).
4. Halvbygget krumtapaksel ifølge krav 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at rundingerne (11) har en overflade (30), der set i tværsnit omfatter et antal cirkelsektioner (30a, b og c), der hver har en krumningsradius (R1, R2 og R3), hvor vinkelsummen af nævnte antal cirkelsektioner (30a, b og c) er mindst 120 vinkelgrader, fortrinsvis mindst 150 vinkelgrader og mest fortrinsvis mindst 180 vinkelgrader af en fuld cirkel.

5. Halvbygget krumtapaksel ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at overfladen af rundingerne (11), set i tværsnit, omfatter et antal lineære sektioner (30d, 30e).
6. Halvbygget krumtapaksel ifølge krav 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at — hovedlejesøleendesektionerne (la) er forsynet med en ringformet læbe (8), der omgiver den respektive runding (11), hvilken læbe (8) har en passende højde.

Halvbygget krumtapaksel ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at diameteren Ds af endesektionerne (la) af hovedlejesølen (1) er mindst 10 %, fortrinsvis 25 % og mest fortrinsvis 50 % større end diameteren Dc af den centrale hovedlejesølesektion (1b) af hovedlejesølen (1).
