Claims (3)

  1. Patentkrav
    1„ Fremgangsmåde til regenerering af en beskadiget elektronisk indretning ved mindst en renseproces og mindst en tørreproces, hvor renseprocessen omfatter trinene:
    - nedsænkning af en eller flere elektroniske indretninger i en vandig rensevæske i et rensekammer (i),
    - udsættelse af den vandige rensevæske og de en eller liere elektroniske indretninger for ultralydslysering, hvor tørreprocessen omfatter trinet:
    ~ tørring af de en eller tiere elektronikindretninger, hvori torring af de en eller flere elektroniske Indretninger udfores ved periodisk opvarmning af rensekammeret, mens rensekammeret er underkastet reduceret tryk, og hvor rensettinet og tørrettinet udfores i samme rensekammer (1), kendetegnet ved at fyldning af rensekammeret med væske udføres ved at det mindst ene pumpeorgan (6) sætter rensekammeret under et reduceret tryk og derved suger den vandige rensevæske ind i rensekammeret gennem det mindst ene væskemdløbsorgan (7, 14, 25, 31).
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at den periodiske opvarmning af rensekammeret (1) udføres i mindst et, fortrinsvis to, tre eller flere undertrin.
    20 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det reducerede trvk ændres trinvist under tørrinn af de en eller flere elektroniske indretninger.

    6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at under tørring af elektronikken er trykket i rensekammeret 0,01 - 0,9 bar, såsom 0,1 - 0,8 bar eller fortrinsvis 0,2 - 0,6 bar.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav. kendetegnet ved at den vandige rensevæske omfatter vand. såsom brugsvand eder demineraliseret vand, og at den vandige rensevæske valgfrit yderligere omfatter et eller flere afspændingsmidler, så5 som et eller flere alkaliske afspændingsmidler eller sure afspændingsmidler eller afspændingsmidler med amføteriske egenskaber og/eller blandinger deraf.

    - el eller flere temperaturreguleringsmidler (22), hvorved rensekammeret. også er konfigureret som et tørrekammer, kendetegnet ved at fvldninu af rensekammeret med væske udføres ved at det mindst
