Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en varmeveksler omfattende et antal tynde metalplader (8), kendetegnet ved forarbejdning af mindst en del af kanterne af pladerne (8) ved enderne ved foldning til en tykkelse, der tillader en svejsning, og samling af kanterne (15) af pladerne (8) ved svejsning for at tilvejebringe kanaler mellem hvert pladepar, hvorefter forgreningsrør (1, 2) til tilførsel af væske til og fra kanalerne sikres ved svejsning til de forarbejdede dele af pladernes kanter.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved metalpladerne (8) består af aluminium.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, kendetegnet ved forarbejdningen udføres ved valsning pladerne (8) til en tykkelse, der tillader en svej sning.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved pladerne endvidere presses for at tilvejebringe en væskestrømning, fortrinsvis i et forhåndsbestemt mønster, for således at tilvejebringe en effektiv varmeoverførsel til den omgivende luft, der strømmer gennem mellemrummene mellem kanalerne.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved kanterne af pladerne (8) er forarbejdet til en tykkelse, der er tilstrækkelig til at samle varmevekslerelementerne (6) med endeplader med en række huller af i alt væsentligt samme størrelse som indgangene og udgangene fra varmevekslerelementerne .
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, kendetegnet ved kanterne af pladerne (6) er forarbejdet til en tykkelse, der er tilstrækkelig til at samle varmevekslerelementerne (6) med indgangs- og udgangsforgreningsrør (1, 2) med en række huller af samme størrelse som indgangene og udgangene fra varmevekslerelementerne.
