Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et porøst keramisk legeme, omfattende følgende trin: - Udvælgelse af et første keramisk pulver med en første gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse; - Udvælgelse af et andet keramisk pulver med en anden gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse - Udvælgelse af et tredje keramisk pulver med en tredje gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse; - Blanding af det første keramiske pulver, det andet keramiske pulver og det tredje keramiske pulver til fremstilling af en pulverblanding, som omfatter mindst en trimodal kornstørrelsesfordeling; - Coating af en porøs støtte med pulverblandingen, hvorved der tilvejebringes et coated keramisk legeme; og - Opvarmning af det coatede keramiske legeme til en temperature mellem 1550-1900°C hvorved det porøse keramiske legeme tilvejebringes.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et porøst keramisk legeme omfattende følgende trin: Udvælgelse af mindst o et første keramisk pulver med en første gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse; og o et andet keramisk pulver med en anden gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse; Blanding af det første keramiske pulver og det andet keramiske pulver til fremstilling af en pulverblanding, som omfatter mindst en bimodal kornstørrelsesfordeling; Coating af en porøs støtte med pulverblandingen, hvorved der tilvejebringes et coated keramisk legeme; Opvarmning af det coatede keramiske legeme til en temperatur mellem 1550-1900°C, hvorved det porøse keramiske legme tilvejebringes, og Hvor den gennemsnitlige kornstørrelsen af det første keramiske pulver er højest 10 gange større end den gennemsnitlige kornstørrelse af det andet keramiske pulver, og hvor mindst et af det første keramiske pulver og/eller det andet keramiske pulver er silicium.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor fremstillingen af det porøse keramiske legeme yderligere omfatter udvælgelse af et tredje keramisk pulver med en tredje gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse, hvorved der, når det blandes, tilvejebringes en pulverblandning, som omfatter mindst en trimodal kornstørrelsesfordeling.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de forgående krav, hvor det første, det andet, det tredje (når det findes), det fjerde (når det findes) og det femte (når det findes) keramiske pulver er silicium, fortrinsvis siliciumcarbid (SiC).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1, 3 og 4, hvor det første keramiske pulver har en første gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse i området 2-4 pm; det andet keramiske pulver har en anden gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse i området 0,5-0,9 pm; og det tredje keramiske pulver har en tredje gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse i området 0,2-0,4 pm.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de forgående krav, hvor den porøse støtte er en plade coated med en opslæmning ved at dyppe pladen ned i opslæmningen, og/eller hælde eller sprøjte opslæmningen på pladen.
7. Porøst keramisk legeme opnået ved fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-6.
8. Porøst keramisk legeme ifølge krav 7, hvor det porøse keramiske legeme er en flat sheet membran.
9. Porøst keramisk legeme ifølge ethvert af kravene 7-8, hvor det porøse keramiske legme har en porestørrelse på 5 pm eller derunder, såsom 3 pm eller derunder, fx 1 pm eller derunder, såsom 0,75 pm eller derunder, fx 0,5 pm eller derunder, såsom 0,3 pm eller derunder, fx 0,1 pm eller derunder, såsom 0,075 pm eller derunder, fx 0,05 pm eller derunder.
10. Nedsænkningsbart system, som omfatter et porøst keramisk legeme ifølge ethvert af kravene 7-9.
