Abstract

The system has a module attached with a lubricant pump, so that the pump provides a mechanically stable base plate (2), through which integration of a control device (3), pressure sensor (4) and control valve (5) in the module is made. A duct (61) with a T-shaped intersection (62) and a branch connection for servo oil are integrated within the plate. The sensor is arranged between the pump and a lubricant nozzle to monitor intermittent supply of the lubricant. An independent claim is also included for a method for lubricating a contact surface of a piston using the cylinder lubricating system.
