Claims (29)
- - 1 -1. Varslingsenhed for et køretøj, hvilken varslingsenhed omfatter: 5 en kommunikationsmodtager, der er konfigureret til at modtage filfragmenter til opbygning af applikationsfiler og datafiler for varslingsenheden, hvor mindst ét af fragmenterne omfatter konfigureringsinstruktioner, der identificerer en applikationsfil og tilhørende data fra applikationsfilerne og 10 datafilerne en positionsdatamodtager for at tilvejebringe køretøj spositionsdata et mikrocontrollersystem, der omfatter en mikrocontroller og et programmerbart, ikke-flygtigt hukommelsessystem, hvor 15 mikrocontrollersystemet er konfigureret til: at opbygge og gemme applikationsfilerne og datafilerne fra de filfragmenter, der modtages af kommunikationsmodtageren, og at køre en advarselsapplikation i advarselsenheden ved behandling af applikationsfilen og tilknyttede data, der 20 identificeres af konfigureringsinstruktionerne, for derved at tilvejebringe varslingsdata beregnet til at blive anvendt af køretøjet, hvor varslingsdataene svarer til køretøjets position, idet positionen bestemmes af applikationen på baggrund af de køretøjspositionsdata, der tilvejebringes af 25 positionsdatamodtageren.
- 2. Varslingsenhed ifølge krav 1, hvor varslingsdataene genererer meddelelse om rejseoplysninger, såsom hastighedsgrænser, ulykker, trafikforhold eller anordninger 30 til detektering af overtrædelser.
- 3. Varslingsenhed ifølge krav 1, hvor fragmenterne omfatter positionselementer, der repræsenterer rejseoplysninger, og positionsdata for elementerne. 35

- 7. Varslingsenhed ifølge krav 6, hvor afstanden defineres af regioner i et hierarkisk regionstræ og regionernes position i en regionsstak, der opretholdes af varslingsapplikationen, idet positionen bestemmes af positionsdataene.

Varslingsenhed ifølge krav 18, hvor operativsystemet omfatter et antal opgaver til at styre grundlæggende processer, der udføres af mikroprocessoren, og opgaverne omfatter mindst én af de følgende: (i) en clock-opgave til at implementere et tidstro ur og kalender (ii) en virtuel maskine-opgave til at starte en virtuel maskine og medføre læsning af startfilen samt kørsel af en fil (iii) en kommando-opgave til at implementere enhedskommandoer til produktionstest og startkonfigurering (iv) en filsystem-opgave til at behandle fragmenterne og filerne og til at fjerne uønskede og overflødige filer (v) en kommunikationsinterface-opgave til at styre modtageren og behandle data, der modtages af modtageren (vi) en I/O-opgave til at behandle indgangs- og udgangssignaler for perifere I/O-enheder, såsom indgangsknapper eller visningselementer i enheden (vii) en GPS-modtager-opgave til at styre en GPS-modtager i enheden for at generere positionsdata (viii) en talemeddelelsesopgave til at styre en talemeddelelsesprocessor i enheden for at generere akustiske meldinger.
- 22. Varslingsenhed ifølge krav 21, hvor operativsystemet omfatter en planlægger for at allokere hver opgave, der skal behandles af mikroprocessoren, og allokere semaforer til ressourcer i enheden for at gøre det muligt for mikroprocessoren at identificere ressourcer, der allokeres til en opgave under udførsel.
