Abstract

The lower pit end is arranged and supported in the ferment container (2) interior, which exhibits a horizontal connection area. The foil roof surrounds foil fringe area blocked gas density between the service pit and rotating clamp strips. The service pit (1) exhibits a frame/rack that carries a rectangle shaped structure (4). The foil roof outer skin is encased and/or covered with a high-grade steel sheet metal; and is installed in shell area, in which integral component of the outside skin carries structure downward by foil roof pitch. The structure has a corner area that is arranged as a vertical carrier component and as a horizontal flange plates. A reinforcement rod: adjoins the vertical carriers; and is tied at the support and at the ferment container side panel. The horizontal connection area of the service pit exhibits cantilever frame, which is screwed in the flange plates. The four-corner support of the cantilever frame, that releases the service opening by the container. An access flap/door is arranged at the container edge, which exhibits large surface due to the foil roof pitch. A support pole is held in center region and is rotated outside of the pit by wheel wall. An agitator is adjusted by a to/fro cable movement, which is arranged in the service pit.
