Claims (5)

1. Høreapparat, der omfatter • en signalvej, der omfatter o en ekstern indgangstransducer, o en signalprocessor og o en udgangstransducer, hvor signalprocessoren er indrettet til at producere et kompensationssignal, der er i stand til i det mindste delvist at dæmpe akustiske signaler ved at bypasse signalvejen og trænge ind i høreapparatbrugerens øregang, hvor høreapparatet yderligere omfatter • en åben øregangs-fitting til at reducere okklusion, • en trådløs modtager eller en direkte lydindgangsmodtager, der tilvejebringer et hjælpe-indgangssignal (1, ..., N4) til signalvejen, • middel til at dæmpe det eksterne indgangstransducersignal eller slukke det, • hvor omskiftermiddel er tilvejebragt til at skifte signalprocessoren til en tilstand, hvor kompensationssignalet genereres, når hjælpeindgangssignalet (1, ..., N4) er tilvejebragt, • i det mindste en intern indgangstransducer (1, ..., N2) til at opnå et lydsignal inden i øregangen, hvor den interne indgangstransducer er forbundet til signalvejen, og • hvor kompensationssignalet er baseret på signal(er) fra den/de interne indgangstransducer(ere) (1, ..., N2), som tilvejebringer signalet, der er i til stede i øregangen.
2. Høreapparat ifølge krav 1, hvor omskiftermidlet er indrettet til automatisk at frembringe kompensationssignalet ved modtagelse afhjælpeindgangssignalet (1,..., N4).
3. Høreapparat ifølge krav 1, hvor i det mindste en væsentlig åbning i høreapparatet eller en øreprop eller omkring et rør, der leder ind i øregangen, er tilvejebragt.
4. Høreapparat ifølge krav 1, hvor den trådløse modtager er en teleslyngemodtager til at modtage magnetisk transmitterede signaler, eller en radiofrekvensmodtager.
5. Høreapparat ifølge krav 1, hvor kompensationssignalet yderligere er baseret på inputtet til den/de eksterne indgangstransducer(ere) (1, ..., N1).
