Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et blybånd til bygningsbrug, eksempelvis taginddækninger og facadebeklædninger, inddækningsrammer til tagvinduer og døre.
5 Til opnåelse af en vandtæt overgang mellem en inddækningsramme for eksempelvis et tagvindue og taget benyttes skørter i form af blybånd. Blybåndet afvikles fra en stor forrådsrulle og strækkes for at blive tilpasset tagstenenes facon. Herfor presses materialet med et træredskab ned i 10 stenenes fordybninger, hvorved der opstår ridser i blybåndet, gennem hvilke vand kan trænge ind. Da blybåndene er udsat for vejrliget, forvitrer blyet med årenes gang, hvorfor man ved monteringen vælger større båndtykkelser end ellers i og for sig nødvendigt. Forvitrede blybånd er i øv-15 rigt ikke æstetiske.
Formålet med opfindelsen er at anvise et blybånd af den om-" handlede art, hvor risikoen for ridsning er formindsket, således at en stedsevarende dekorativ virkning kan opnås 20 samtidig med, at blyudvaskning som følge af forvitring hindres. Herved undgås også miljøskader.
Dette opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved den i krav 1 anviste udformning. Det har vist sig, at den elastiske forbindelse 25 mellem blybånd og aluminiumslag muliggør en fleksibel tilpasning.
Ved den anviste udformning er blybåndet ikke umiddelbart udsat for vejr og vind. Endvidere er det muligt at anvende 30 tyndere blybånd end hidtil, hvorfor også den miljøskadelige fremstilling af bly kan reduceres. Samtidig øges styrken, medens den samlede vægt nedsættes.
Aluminiumslaget eller -lagene kan være klare eller farvede, 35 eksempelvis ved en elektrokemisk proces.

Opfindelsen skal i det følgende forklares nærmere i forbindelse med tegningen, hvor fig. 1 skematisk viser en inddækningsramme for et 5 tagvindue, og fig. 2 i perspektiv et af inddækningens nedre hjørner.
På tegningen er vist et blyskørt 1, som slutter sig til en 10 brystningsplade 2 og en kehlplade 3. Blyskørtet 1 er sammensat af et blybånd 4 og en med dette forbundet aluminiumsfolie 5, som ligger på blybåndet. Aluminiumsfolien 5 kan eksempelvis være klæbet fast på blybåndet. Ved den viste udførelsesform er blyskørtet 1 endvidere plisseret, hvorved 15 man dels opnår en god sammenhæftning mellem blybånd 4 og aluminumsfolie 5 og dels gør det lettere at tilpasse blyskørtet tagstenens facon ved en taginddækning.

Claims (11)

1. Blybånd til bygningsbrug, eksempelvis til taginddækninger og facadebeklædninger, inddækningsrammer til tagvinduer og døre, kendetegnet ved, at blybåndet (1) er dækket med mindst et aluminiumslag (5). 5
2. Blybånd ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at aluminiumslaget eller -lagene består af folie eller bånd af ren aluminium eller en aluminiumslegering.
3. Blybånd ifølge krav 1 eller 2,kendetegnet ved, at aluminiumslaget eller -lagene består af en aluminiumsforbindelse.
4. · Blybånd ifølge krav 1-3, kendeteg n e t 15 ved, at aluminiumslaget eller -lagene er sammenklæbet med blybåndet.
5. Blybånd ifølge krav 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at der mellem aluminiumslaget eller -lagene og bly- 20 båndet er anbragt et klæbestofbærende materiale, eksempelvis et klæbebånd eller en folie.
6. Blybånd ifølge krav 1-5, kendetegne t ved, at blybåndet er galvaniseret. 25
7. Blybånd ifølge krav 1-6, kendetegne t ved, at blybåndet er i hvert fald delvis omgivet af aluminiumslag.
