Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et drejespjæld som angivet i krav l's indledning.
Sådanne drejespjæld, som f.eks. anvendes i dampturbiners lavtryksområde, betjenes af en servomotor, og spjældet åbnes ved 5 hjælp af en hydraulisk kraft og lukkes ved hjælp af en fjederkraft.
Et åbent centri sk drejespjæld med symmetrisk spjældplade er momentfrit. Når spjældpladen befinder sig i skrå stilling, udøver det strømmende medium et drejningsmoment, som virker i spjældets lukke- | retning. Lukkefjederen har til opgave at bevæge drejespjældet ud af j 10 dets neutrale åbne stilling, d.v.s. at accelerere spjældpladens og alle bevægelige deles masse. Dersom der kræves en kort lukketid, og drejespjældsystemets masseinertimomenter er store, kan accelerationstiden kræve en betydelig del af den totale lukketid. Den hydrauliske kraft skal overvinde strømningsmomentet, der ved en 15 bestemt åbningsvinkel af drejespjældet har en maximal værdi, samt lukkefjederens kraft. Dersom man til formindskelse af lukketiden .vælger en kraftigere fjeder, skal den hydrauliske kraft og dermed servomotoren være større. Dersom man, således som det kendes fra det franske patentskrift nr. 2.084.339, søger at forkorte lukketiden ved 20 at gøre lukkevinklen mindre, medfører dette et stort tryktab.
Disse ulemper skal afhjælpes ved hjælp af opfindelsen.
Formålet med opfindelsen er derfor at minimere drejespjældets lukketid, uden at servomotoren skal gøres større. Servomotoren er dimensioneret efter det maksimale strømningsmoment, som optræder ved 25 en åbningsvinkel af drejespjældet, som er mindre end dets åbningsvinkel ved dets åbne endestilling. I overensstemmelse med de kine-matiske forhold ved servomotoren virker den hydrauliske kraft også i den åbne endestilling, hvor den imidlertid ikke er nødvendig. Denne overskydende hydrauliske kraft lagres i drejespjældets åbne slut-30 stilling og udnyttes derefter i begyndelsesfasen af spjældets lukning til acceleration af drejespjældets masse. Derved opnås, at accelerationsfasen forkortes, og lukketiden minimeres, og ved voksende masseinertimoment øges den lukketidsforkortende virkning.
Ved tunge drejespjæld kan der opnås en lukketidsbesparelse på 1/3.
35 Servomotorens overskydende hydrauliske kraft omsættes til mekanisk energi, der lagres i en fjederstabel, der er anbragt ved drejespjældets modsat dets betjeningsdrev beliggende side.

Alle elementer, der ikke er umiddelbart nødvendige til for-15 ståelsen af opfindelsen, er udeladt. I tegningens figurer er ens elementer forsynede med samme henvisningstal.
Fig. 1 viser en komplet drejespjældkonstruktion 1 ifølge opfindelsen i den åbne stilling. Drejespjældpiaden la er forsynet med aksler 11a og 11b, der er lejrede i et drej esp jæl dhus 4. To 20 gaffel formede arme 7, til hvilke servomotoren 2 er fastgjort ved 8, er fast forbundne med drejespjældhuset 4 ved drejespjældets lejring 5a ved drejespjældets mod dettes betjeningsdrev vendende side. Servomotorens delvis synlige stempelstang 6 er forbundet med akslen 11a. Ved den modsat drevsiden 2a beliggende side 3a af drejespjæld-25 konstruktionen findes et kraftoplagringsfjederelement 3. Dette er fast forbundet med drejespjældhuset 4 ved drejespjældets lejring 5b ved husets mod kraftopl agringsfjederelementet vendende side.
Som det ses i fig. 2 sker overførslen af bevægelsen mellem drejespjældpladens ved drevsiden beliggende aksel 11a og stempel -30 stangen 6 ved hjælp af en krumtap 12. Den hydrauliske kraft 9 åbner drejespjældpiaden la og spænder samtidig tal!erkenfjederstabl en 10, der så er ansvarlig for lukkeprocessen.
Fig. 3 viser placeringen af kraftoplagringsfjederelementet 3 på drejespjældets ved kraftoplagringsfjederelementet beliggende 35 lejring 5b. En kamskive 13 er fast forbundet med akslen 11b på drejespjæl dpiaden la og trykker i den åbne stilling af drejespjæld-pladen la mod kraftoplagringsfjederelementet 3.
Fig. 4 viser konstruktionen af kraftoplagringsfjederelementet 3. Dette er fast forbundet med drejespjældhuset 4 ved hjælp af 3 DK 159981 skruer 17 og møtrikker 18. Mellem en kam 14a på en stang 14 og bunden af en til kraftoplagringsfjederelementet hørende hætte 16 er der anbragt en tallerkenfjederstabel 15, hvis kraft sædvanligvis er flere gange større end kraften af servomotoren 2's fjeder 10. Under 5 slutfasen af åbningen af drejespjældpladen la trykker den med akslen 11b fast forbundne kamskive 13 i drejeretningen lc mod kraftoplag-ringsfjederlementet 3's stang 14, hvorved tallerkenfjederstablen 15 trykkes sammen. Denne fjederkraft står da sammen med fjederkraften af servomotoren 2's allerede spændte tallerkenfjederstabel 10 til 10 rådighed til lukningen af spjældet.
Fig. 5 og 6 viser en sammenligning mellem hurtiglukning uden kraftoplagringsfjederelement (fig. 5) og lukning med kraftoplagrings-fjederelement (fig. 6). Som det ses, er lukketidsgevinsten tj - t2 mellem fuldstændig åben stilling (90°) af drejespjældpladen la og 15 lukket stilling til 20° ved et middeltungt drejespjæld 1 med kraftoplagringsfjederelement 3 op til 17% af lukketiden for et tilsvarende drejespjæld uden kraftoplagringsfjederelement. Ved tunge drejespjæld er lukketidsgevinsten endog 33%.

Claims (1)
- 5 Centrisk drejespjæld (1) indrettet til hurtiglukning i dampkraftanlægs lavtryksområde, og som over en ved den ene ende af drejespjældakslen (11a) anbragt servomotor (2) ved hjælp af en hydraulisk kraft, der virker indtil drejespjældets åbne endestilling, åbnes mod strømningsmomentet og en ved hjælp af servomotoren 10 spændt lukkefjeder (10), og ved hjælp af lukkefjederen (10) accelereres fra dets åbne endestilling til dets lukkede stilling, kendetegnet ved, at drejespjældakslen (11b) ved sin anden ende bærer en derpå fast anbragt kamskive (13), der i spjældets åbnedrejningsretning og slutfasen af spjældets åbning sammentrykker en 15 anden fjederstabel (15). 20 25 30 35
