Opfindelsen angâr en indretning til forsegling af et dæksel pâ fyldte beholdere, hvor begge dele bestâr af formstof- eller Al-form-stofcompound-folie, med et opvarmeligt forseglingsværkt0j bestâende af et deformerbart og et ikke-deformerbart trykelement, af hvilke ét er af 5 konvekst tværsnit, hvorhos trykeleraenterne til dannelsen af en forseg-lingssÿSm i dækslet og i beholderen kan bevæges mod hinanden.
En indretning af denne art kendes fra US- patentskrift 3.673.041, hvor det deformerbare trykelement ligger over for det konvekse trykelement. Denne udformning medf0rer en ugunstig deformation af forseglings-10 materialet.
Stillet over for disse kendsgerninger har opfinderen stillet sig den opgave at videreudforme en indretning af den indledningsvis angivne art sâledes, at der fremstilles et forseglingss0m uden indeslutninger og uden deformation af beholderflangen.
15 Denne opgave 10ses if01ge opfindelsen ved, at det deformerbare trykelement raindst i ét omrâde har et konvekst tværsnit og danner en hvileflade for kanten af beholderen. Som f01ge af denne udformning opnâs bâde en rensning af s0mmen samt en formstabilitet af forseglings-materialet under forseglingen.
20 En fortrukket udformning er kendetegnet ved hjælp af af de i krav 2 anf0rte ejendommeligheder.
Allerede i begyndelsesfasen af forseglingsforl0bet opbygges trykket startende med en meget smal kontaktzone sâledes, at overfla-derne af forseglingsrandene stâr i en vis vinkel i forhold til hinanden 25 og f0rst arrangerer sig parallelt med hinanden ved endepunktet af for-seglingsforl0bet eller trykopbygningen med det til f0lge, at de til forsegling bestemte flader i begyndelsesfasen af forseglingsforl0bet -altsâ nâr forseglingslagene endnu er plastisk deformerbare hhv. endnu ikke har klæbeegenskaber (hot-tack) - stâr i en tilstrækkelig stor ind-30 byrdes vinkel, som muligg0r en uhindret undvigelse af pâfyldningsb-estanddele fra forseglingszonen.
Anvendelsen af indretningen if01ge opfindelsen er isaar anbefalel-sesværdigt ved form-fyldnings-forseglings-anlæg, hvor der i en emballa-gebane dannes beholdere til optagelse af pâfyldningsmateriale af termo-35 plast eller af en aluminium-formstofcompound ved hjælp af termoforme

- 2 - eller trækning (stræktrækning), og den sâledes udforraede og fyldte emballage dækkes med en daekfolie og lukkes ved hjælp af varmforsegling sâledes, at banen pâf01gende kan opdeles i enkelte beholdere, som skal lukkes med en dækfolie.
5 Opfindelsen forklares i det f01gende nsermere ved hjælp af tegnin- gen i forenklet gengivelse af foretrukne udf0relseseksempler. Pâ teg-ningen viser: fig. 1 et tværsnit gennem en del af et forseglingsværkt0j be-10 staende af et deformerbart og et formstabilt trykelement i udgangsstillingen, fig. 2 en til fig. 1 svarende gengivelse af de to trykelemen-ter, der star overfor hinanden ved trykl0s kontakt, fig. 3 de to trykelementer if01ge fig. 1 og 2 i forseglings-15 stiling med en forseglingss0m mellem en beholderflange og et cfeeksel, fig. 4-6 tværsnit gennem en del af det deformerbare trykelement i. forskellige tværsnitsformer, fig. 7 et tværsnit gennem en del af et forsegllngsværkt0j til 20 lukning af flere sammenhængende beholdere, og fig. 8 en til fig. 7 svarende gengivelse af en yderligere udf0-relsesform.
Et forseglingsværkt0j 10 har if01ge fig. 1-3 til forsegling el-25 1er varmforsegling af beholdere 16, som er fremstillet af en formstof-folie eller af en aluminium-formstofcompound, sammenf0rlige trykelementer 12, 14. mindst êt af trykelementerne 12, 14 kan være udstyret med en varmeindretning 42.
Det pâ tegningen foroven anbragte trykelement 12 i forseglings-30 værkt0jet 10 med en med forseglingsfladen 18 pâ beholderen 16 planpa-rallel overflade er fremstillet af et ikke deformerbart materiale. Det nederste trykelement 14 i forseglingsværkt0jet 10 bestâr af et elastisk deformerbart materiale og har et i. det væsentlige konvekst eller halv-cirkelformet hvælvet tværsnit, hvis overflade 28 er rettet mod den 35 planparallelle overflade 25 pâ det andet trykelement 12.

Ved sammenf0ringen af forseglingsværkt0jet 10 eller dets trykele-raenter 12, 14 renses forseglingsfladerne 18 og 19 pâ beholderen 16 og et til pâforsegling bestemt, eventuelt folieagtigt dæksel 22 for u0n-skede bestanddele til videst imilig undgâelse af indeslutninger i den 5 mellem forseglingsfladerne 18, 19 opstâede forseglingss0m 20.
Det af et elastisk deformerbart raateriale bestâende trykelement 14 kan være forsynet med forskelligt formet kontur af overfladen 26, if 01-ge fig. 4, fx. med en trekantformet, i en spidskurve 38 overgâende kontur, samt if01ge fig. 5 med en flad delcirkelagtig kontur, medens fig.
10 6 viser en halvcirkel som kontur.
Som elastisk deformerbart materiale til trykelementet 14 kan for-trinsvis anvendes en silikonekautsjuk eller en nitrilkautsjuk.
For at det elastisk deformerbare raateriale ikke skal kunne vige væk under h0jt tryk, kan der til fikseringen af samme anvendes en me-15 talindfatning 44 (fig. 1). Denne er udstyret fx. med en ikke vist un-derskâret not, i hvilken en ribbe 46 fra trykelementet 14 fastholdes under en forspænding. Yderligere muligheder for fastholdelse af det elastiske trykelement 14 bestâr i anbringelsen af skrueforbindelser samt ved sugning af samme mod underlaget.
20 Med nogle varmforseglingsbetingelser, især ved en h0j taktfrek- vens, eller nâr meget tykke eller varmisolerende materialer skal var-meforsegles, er det hensigtsmasssigt, at forsyne begge trykelementerne 12 og 14 i forseglingsværkt0jet 10 med varmeindretning 42. For at kunne fremf0re en tilstrækkelig varmemsengde til forseglingss0mmen via det 25 elastiske trykelement 14, kan der til dettes fremstilling eksempelvis anvendes en varmeledende kautsjukblanding med grafitbestanddele. Des-uden kan trykelementet 14 nedlægges dybest muligt i den varmeledende metalindfatning 44.
Pâ fig. 7 ses et forsegli.ngsværkt0j 10 til forsegling af sammen-30 hængende beholdere 16 til multiple pakninger 50. Der forsegles samti-digt et antal sammenhængende beholdere 16 med en folie 52, som dsekker disse. Efter forseglingen skilles beholderne 16 ved hjælp af ikke viste ski1leværkt0jer.
Mellem to beholdere 16 eller mellem to rækker af samme dannes der 35 samtidig to forseglingss0mme 20 ved hjælp af trykelementerne 12 og 14 i

- 4 - forseglingsværkt0jet 10, og pâ ydersiden af beholderne kun dannes en forseglingss0m 20. Adskillelsen af beholderne sker herunder mellera de to naboforseglingss0mme 20, som dannes ved hjælp af de to halvcirkel-formede tværsnit af det elastiske trykelement 14.
5 Ved det pâ fig. 8 vis te forseglingsvasrkt0j 10 til forsegling af sammenhængende beholdere eller multiple pakninger er det pâ tegninger til venstre, yderst liggende, elastiske trykelement 14 pâ ydersiden af den mntiple pakning forsynet med en skrât hældende pultflade 15, som pâ siden ændrer det konvékse tværsnit sâledes, at de ved forseglingen u0n-10 skede bestanddele til stadighed transporteres i retning mod indersiden af den tilst0dende beholder 16. Efter gennemf0rt adskillelse af beholderne 16 bortfaider sâledes en fjemelse af evt. pâfyldningsrester, som hænger ved ydersiden af en beholder.
Ved anvendelsen af forseglingsværkt0jet 10 anbringes en eller fle-15 re beholdere 16 samt lâg 22 eller dækfolie 52 mellem trykelementerne 12 og 14, som derpâ f0res sammen. Der danner sig under fjernelsen af for-ureningerne i omrâdet for den forseglingss0m, som skal fremstilles, en smalfladet forseglingslinie, som under voksende tryk breder sig gradvis mellem trykelementerne over hele fladen for forseglingss0mmen 20.
20 Rensningen af forseglingsfladerne eller fjernelsen af de for for seglingen u0nskede bestanddele fra forseglingsomrâdet gennemf0res ved hjælp af en samvirken mellem de to trykelementer 12 og 14 i forseg-lingsværkt0jet, idet der ved tryk-opbygningen mellem de to trykelementer og den tiltagende udbredelse af forseglingslinien fjernes u0nskede 25 bestanddele fra beholderpâfyldningen eller vand- og luftindeslutninger fra de forseglingsflader, som skal forsegles, f0r det egentlige forseg-lingsforl0b begynder, under hvis forl0b der ikke opstâr nogen b0jning i de pâgældende forseglingsflader 18, 19. Sidstnævnte kommer ved luknin-gen af forseglingsværkt0jet 10 f0rst i kontakt langs en Unie, som 30 strækker sig parallelt med den senere forseglingss0m. Ved yderligere lukning tilpasser det elastiske trykelement 14 sig under trykket Era det ikke deformerbare trykelement 12 til dettes overflade 25, hvorhos de til forsegling bestemte beholder- eller dækselflader 18, 19 lægger sig tangentialt an mod overfladen 26 pâ det elastiske trykelement 14.

Claims (2)

1. Indretning til forsegling af et dæksel pâ fyldte beholdere/ hvor begge dele bestâr af formstof- eller Al-formstofcompound-folie/ med et opvarmeligt forseglingsværkt0j bestâende af et deforraerbart og et ikke-deformerbart trykelement, af hvilke et er af konvekst tværsnit, hvorhos 5 trykelementerne til dannelsen af en forseglingss0m i Æekslet og i be-holderen kan bevæges mod hinanden, kendetegnet vedf at det deformerbare trykelement (14) mindst i et omrâde har et konvekst tværsnit og danner en hvileflade for kanten af beholderen (16).
2. Indretning if01ge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at trykele-10 mentet (14) har det konvekse tværsnit pâ den mod beholderen vendende side og en pultagtig skrâflade (15) pâ den fra beholderen (16) bortven-dende side. 1
