Claims (15)
1. Apparat til nedkøling eller frysning af fødevareprodukter, der omfatter: et hus (20, 30), der har et kammer defineret deri ved hjælp af sidevægge (23, 24, 33, 34) mellem et loft (21, 31) og et gulv (22, 32) i huset (20, 30); mindst ét transportbånd (39A, 39B, 41A, 41 B) , der strækker sig ind i kammeret mellem loftet (21, 31) og gulvet (22, 32); en fast eller væskeformig kryogentilførsel; en kølemiddelfremføringsanordning, der er i forbindelse med kryogentilførsien og inkluderer en gascirkulationsanordning (29) til at lede en blanding af gas og kryogen til en impinger (13), hvilken impinger (13) omfatter en anslagsplade (60), der indeholder åbninger (64, 71) til at lede anslagsstråler af blandingen ned på produkterne, der transporteres på transportbåndet (39A, 39B, 41A, 41B), der er kendetegnet ved, at der er mindst én anslagshætte (10) i kammeret, der er disponeret over transportbåndet (39A, 39B, 41A, 41B), hvilken anslagshætte (10) omfatter: en kappe (42) med en top (43), modstående kanter (44, 45, 46, 47) og modstående sidevægge (48, 49, 50, 51), der understøtter impingeren (13), idet kølemiddelfremføringsanordningen er omsluttet af kappen (42).

6. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 to 4, hvor kryogentilførsien omfatter en kryogentilførselsportåbning i husets (20, 30) kammer uden for anslagshætten (10).
7. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der inkluderer mindst et øvre (39A, 41 A) og et nedre (39B, 41B) transportbånd til fødevareprodukter (39A, 41A), hvor det øvre transportbånd har åbninger til muliggørelse af, at anslagsstrålerne kan trænge igennem til fødevareprodukterne på overfladen af det nedre transportbånd (39B, 41B) .
8. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor gascirkulationsanordningen (29) omfatter et vingehjul.
9. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor gascirkulationsanordningen (29) omfatter en aksialventilator.
10. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor anslagspladen (60) er forsynet med en vibrator (65).
11. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der omfatter et antal moduler i husets kammer, hvor hvert modul inkluderer mindst én anslagshætte (10), der er disponeret over transportbåndet (39A 39B, 41A, 41B).
12. Fremgangsmåde til nedkøling eller frysning af fødevareprodukter i et apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der omfatter: transport af fødevareprodukterne på transportbåndet (39A, 39B, 41A, 4IB) i kammeret; blanding af en gas med fast eller væskeformig kryogen i anslagshætten (10) over transportbåndet (39A, 39B, 41A, 41B); og selektiv ledning af anslagsstråler under tryk af blandingen fra anslagshætten (10) ned på fødevareprodukterne, der transporteres på transportbåndet (39A, 39B, 41A, 41B).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, der inkluderer indførelse af den faste eller væskeformige kryogen i anslagshætten (10).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, der inkluderer indførelse af den faste eller væskeformige kryogen i husets kammer (20, 30) uden for anslagshætten (10) og cirkulerende gas og kryogen ind i anslagshætten (10) til yderligere blanding med gassen.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12 til 14, der inkluderer recirkulering af blandingen af gas og kryogen efter anslag ned på fødevareprodukterne fra husets kammer (20, 30) ind i anslagshætten (10).
