Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et klæbbart tekstiltapet bestående af en tekstilbane, et på hele dennes bagside hæftende midterlag af formstof og et på dette formstoflag hæftende klæbelag.
Sådanne tekstiltapeter, hvor tekstilbanens bagside er forsynet 05 med et lag af syntetisk materiale, hvorpå der er afsat en selvklæbende belægning, kendes fra beskrivelsen til DE brugsmønster nr.
1.904.026. Laget af syntetisk materiale skal hæfte til tekstilbanen og være elastisk, hvorfor der fortrinsvis anvendes et skumstoflag, der skal udligne eventuelle uregelmæssigheder i underlagets overflade.

15 Tapeter med et selvklæbende lag har endvidere den ulempe, at de efter opsætningen ikke længere kan forskydes til udligning af mindre unøjagtigheder. Beskrivelsen til DE brugsmønster nr. 1.904.026 giver ingen antydning om, at man i stedet for en selvklæbende belægning kunne anvende et f.eks. fra USA-patentskrift nr. 3.275.469 kendt 20 klæbemiddel, der kan gøres klæbende ved befugtnmg.
Det klæbbare tekstiltapet ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse er ejendommeligt ved, at tekstilbanen er hydrofob, at formstoflaget består af ikke-vandopløselige homopolymere af vinylforbindelser eller ikke-vandopløselige akryl-harpikscopolymerisater med en tykkelse på 25 nogle μ til nogle tiendedele mm, og at klæbelaget er tørt og som klæbemiddel indeholder et med vand reaktiverbart klæbemiddel.
Herved opnås, at tekstiltapetet er lettere at anvende end det kendte selvklæbende tekstiltapet, da det ikke kræver beskyttelsespapir, og da det ved opsætning efter aktivering med vand er muligt 30 at foretage tilpasning i et vist tidsrum uden risiko for dimensionsforandringer.
I det omhandlede tekstiltapet er formstoflaget så tyndt, at tekstilbanen fortsat vil være blød og bøjelig.
Det med vand reaktiverbare klæbemiddel er fortrinsvis ældnings-35 bestandigt og ufølsomt over for fugt, varme og kulde.
Tekstilbanen kan bestå af et naturligt eller syntetisk materiale, der kan være vævet eller strikket eller specielt udgøres af fiberfilt.
Materialet kan være bleget, påtrykt eller farvet.

Det klæbbare tekstiltapet ifølge opfindelsen kan fremstilles ved, at man gør en tekstilbane hydrofob, f.eks. ved behandling med zir-coniumsalte, fluorholdige harpikser eller pyridinderivater, eventuelt under tilsætning af et dimensionsstabiliserende middel, hvorefter der i én arbejdsgang, fortrinsvis ved pivalsning eller påsprøjtning, pi-05 føres bagsiden af tekstilbanen en dispersion af det klæbende, ikke--vandopløselige formstof, således at der dannes en smidig, vand--uigennemtrængelig film med sammenhængende overflade, som klæber til tekstilbanen. Endelig påføres der på overfladen af denne film, fortrinsvis ved påsprøjtning eller påvalsning, et klæbelag, som er 10 foreneligt med filmmaterialet, og som hæfter godt såvel til filmen som til det tilsigtede underlag, såsom en væg, hvorved klæbemiddelmæng-den er således afpasset, at tapetet kan klæbe til såvel ru som glatte flader. Fortrinsvis tørres tapetet mellem hvert behandlingstrin.
Opfindelsen vil i det følgende blive nærmere belyst i forbindelse 15 med tegningen.
På bagsiden af en hydrofob tekstilbane 1 findes et harpikslag 2, som gør banen vand-uigennemtrængelig og stabiliserer den, dvs. gør den udeformerbar og forhindrer fibrene i at forskyde sig. På harpikslaget er der påført et klæbelag 3, som indeholder et med vand 20 reaktiverbart klæbemiddel. Dette skal være ufølsomt over for atmosfærisk fugtighed, således at det færdige tapet kan oplagres uden beskyttelsespapir.
Tekstilbanen gøres hydrofob ved, at man neddypper den i et bad, som indeholder zirconiumsalte, f.eks. i en voksemulsion med 25 zirconiumsalte, eller i et bad, som foruden zirconiumsalte også indeholder titanalkoholat. Tekstilbanen kan dog også gøres hydrofob med fluorerede harpikser eller pyridinderivater.
Som stabiliserende midler kan endvidere tilsættes med de øvrige bestanddele forenelige harpikser baseret på melamin-urinstof, urinstof -30 formaldehyd, melamin-formaldehyd eller andre polymeriserbare eller ikke-polymeriserbare stoffer. Alt efter de til imprægneringen anvendte produkter opnås en hydrofob tekstilbane, som enten kan afvaskes eller afsuges.
Den til frembringelse af det vand-uigennemtrængelige formstof -35 lag anvendte emulsion kan være en vandig emulsion eller en emulsion i et opløsningsmiddel.
142881 3 I vandig emulsion kan anvendes forskellige harpikstyper, f.eks. polyvinyl- eller polyvinylidenchlorid, der er polymeriserbare og selv-forgrenende eller allerede polymeriserede i emulsion. Det anvendte formstof skal være ufølsomt over for vand. Emulsionsdannelsen kan 05 foretages mekanisk eller ved hjælp af en emulgator. Der kan tilsættes et passende fortykkelsesmiddel, som efter tørring er ufølsomt over for vand. Tørstof mængden skal være så stor, at der dannes en form-stoffilm i et enkelt gennemløb på valse. Viskositeten af emulsionen afhænger af det anvendte materiale og bør reguleres således, at 10 filmen dannes på overfladen og ikke trænger gennem stoffet ved gennemløbet pi valsen. Man skal tillige undgå tilstedeværelsen af metalsalte, som kan virke forstyrrende ved den senere reaktivering af klæbemidlet.
Når der anvendes en harpiksemulsion i opløsningsmiddel, an-15 vendes hensigtsmæssigt akrylharpikser eller polyvinylchlorider. Efter påføring af emulsionen kan opløsningsmidlet genvindes. Filmens tykkelse afhænger af harpiksens filmdannende evne og ligger mellem nogle μ og nogle tiendedele mm.
Det med vand aktiverbare klæbemiddel, som ikke må løsne sig 20 fra formstoflaget, kan være en harpiksemulsion, f.eks. en polyvinyl-acetat-emuIsion, der er ufølsom over for vand. Endvidere kan som klæbemidler anvendes proteiner, stivelse, stivelsesmel, dekstriner, kaseiner, gummi, polyvinylafkohol og -acetat, samt isocyanater.
Klæbemidlets viskositet afpasses efter påføringsmåden, f.eks.
25 påsprøjtning eller påvalsning, således at den ønskede tykkelse af klæbelaget opnås i en enkelt arbejdsgang. Til dette formål bør klæbemidlets tørstofindhold være af en størrelsesorden på ca. 40%. Det til reaktivering af klæbemidlet anvendte vand må ikke reagere med den vand-uigennemtrængelige formstoffilm.
30 Fremstillingen af et tekstiltapet ifølge opfindelsen belyses nær mere i de følgende eksempler.
Eksempel 1 1. Et stykke bleget bomuldsstof af nogenlunde fast struktur og 35 påtrykt eller farvet, imprægneredes ved appretering med en i handelen forekommende emulsion af voks og zirconiumsalte. Badkoncentrationen bestemtes ved et prøveforsøg. Til badet sattes urinstof-forma- 4 H2S-S1 linharpiks og en tilsvarende katalysator for at gøre stoffet dimensionsstabilt og vandskyende. Stoffet tørredes og ledtes gennem et polymerisationskammer, hvorefter det rulledes op.
2. Pi bagsiden af det vandskyende stof påførtes i en mængde på 2 05 100-150 g/cm en mekanisk fremstillet dispersion af en kationisk akryl- harpiks, som efter tørring danner en film, der er ufølsom over for vand, benzen eller petroleumsether, en smule følsom over for chlor-holdige opløsningsmidler og ufølsom over for acetone. Påføringen af dispersionen foregik ved hjælp af en valse, således at der dannedes 10 et regelmæssigt og fejlfrit formstoflag af en tykkelse på nogle få μ.
Det belagte stof blev tørret og rullet op.
3. Til reaktivering med vand anvendtes et klæbemiddel på grundlag af en emulsion af polyvinylacetat, som var fortykket med en opløsning af dekstrin tilsat carboxymethylcellulose, til opnåelse af den nødven- 15 dige konsistens for påføring ved hjælp af en valse. Denne neutrale opløsning beskyttedes med et antiskimmelmiddel som f.eks. laurylpenta-chiorphenol.
Klæbemidlet piførtes i én arbejdsgang på det med formstof belagte tørrede stof, hvorefter stoffet passerede gennem en tørretunnel.
20 Det færdige produkt kunne let opsættes på et underlag efter aktivering med vand, og det var uden dimensionsforandringer muligt at foretage tilpasning i et vist tidsrum.
Eksempel 2 25 Det første trin, nemlig behandlingen til opnåelse af hydrofobe egenskaber og stabilisering af stoffet, gentoges som i eksempel 1 ved appretering med et produkt "275" på grundlag af pyridinforbindel-ser, idet bad koncentrationen ved appreteringen var 130 g pr. liter af produkt “275" og 20 g pr. liter accelerator. Man undgik herved 30 polymerisationstrinnet og fik et stof, som let kunne aftørres og afvaskes, da det er ufølsomt over for vand.
Den efterfølgende behandling foregik som i eksempel 1, og det færdige stof havde tilsvarende egenskaber.
